    Oh shit man this video had me dying. Damn near shot a fry out my nose. Good video and most importantly thank you Veteran's for your service. I served my country and i hope if you are able to that you also serve if you can. Everyone always forget what Memorial day is about they only drink. Remember all the people that died so you can drink that beer and buy tools and enjoy these great videos Mr. Clay puts out

    Looking to become a aircraft mechnic and was wondering is it really worth it buying tools off the tool truck I was thinking I could just buy kobalt (or an other brand) and then use the warranty if it ever breaks just looking for some advice and keep up the good videos

    • @KoonTrucking
      @KoonTrucking  5 років тому +10

      Any tools will work. Some wear out faster. Snap On has a certain feel in the ratchets and wrenches, Matco has a certain feel, Cornwell a certain feel. The advantages of a tool truck is they come to you to buy from and also to warranty vs a store. The customer service is what you pay for. Going into the aircraft field you will probably have to have tethered tools and composite ratchets and other specialty items (good luck with those at box stores) but it’s all in what you like using. Everyone has a preference in tools and how they perform and work. Usually higher end tools last longer and are stronger and in many cases are thinner profile and etc. just get what you can afford and upgrade later. See what you like to use before picking a brand.

      There is a section in the snap on catalog for aircraft specific tools that are proprietary to the trade that only one can buy from snap on. The tools are investments to your career, I was biased at first but now am Strictly SnapOn !

      Stevo Mitchem From what i understand from my short time in the aircraft landing geat repair industry aircraft engine repair tools have to be specifically non chrome finished so as to not have any chrome shavings end up inside any critical components. My suggestion as an automotive mechanic is buy the best tools you can AFFORD!
