Wow, lol. So my first thought was to say this woman doesn’t seem like she has eczema. But then I thought about it - It feels like it’s seldom spoken of on derm UA-cam. Some doctors have said it’s hard to broach in a video because the condition is vast and broad, and also very specific to the individual. So I’ll say thanks for doing this video and bringing a derm on board. I’ll stick to my Vanicream cleanser and pump moisturizer for right now 😂 but it was helpful that she gave recommendations for milder actives
I need a proper skincare routine for someone with severe (at times) psoriasis, who is also 36 years old. When I have a psoriasis flare up, most serums really burn. I'd love some tip/pointers for a day time and night time routine if anyone can help?

Also with eczema it can flare up and be almost unnoticeable in between, so she is probably in between flare ups :)

You can just use a very low percentage retinol
