@Back Intelligence Thanks for this video and the one in which you explained what is disc bulging. Now as you told in that video that we are affecting our disc like 100% with sitting (8 to 10 hours). So could you suggest the chairs type and what kind of chairs we should use, if our work forces us to sit for long hours. For example in this video you are using some thing with your chair like for the L region of your back what is it. What are the alternate of those things. So if you could make a video on that it would be very helpful. Or if you can't make video on that please reply back with the thing which can be used to reduce the effect on disc by sitting habits. Really don't understand why this person Bruegger gets credited and mentioned for a move that's pretty obvious, and no doubt people have done since the invention of the chair itself.

I heard / felt my chest/ribs pop immediately with this stretch xD
While doing side bends I can reach further down on one side than the other. Is that a cause for concern ?
It depends, if that hurt maybe you need to check with your doctor, if it's because yo can't go further I think it's normal
