Thanks so much for taking your time, and explaining the workouts. Do you know how much bar weight I should add to my bar squats( sumo, squats, etc) ? So I don’t hurt myself?

how do you keep the handle piece of the cable kickbacks on your foot? whenever i do it it seems to keep sliding down - not sure if its worth getting some ankle straps (like the b_nd ones). This video was so helpful by the way!! You seem to really know the science behind it aha x

My excercise for my glutes growing bridges and fire hydrant,and combination with all the lower excercise, without any weight just home excercise,and thnxs god my glutes growing well,and bigger and bigger,I do it twice a day,100rep each excercise,if Ido little rep,I thinks it's not growing,I stop only if I fell burning
heyy girl!!💗 i had a quick ? & wanted to see if i could get your input please. at this point, one of my glutes is NOTICABLY bigger than the other & im terrified that i let it get this bad lmao. am I ok to just train the weak side only for a few months /: the weak side never fires & just never grew 🤕

So first of all, this is completely normal - don’t think there is a massive problem with this as a lot of people find this as well.
Try ankle weight single leg reverse hypers - this is the best way to restore hypertrophy on the weaker side.
But there might be an underlying reason why there is this imbalance - differences in hip mobility or ankle mobility or some prior injury that hasn’t had been rehabbed properly ♥️♥️

Please let me know these exercises makes a rounder butt okey but simultaneously do affect legs? Cause I don’t want from skinny legs to acquire bulky unfeminine legs 😏. I want just an uplifting effect at butt..

45 degree hyper is the name of the machine. It's just a coincidence that you need to turn your feet 45 degrees for glutes.
