Just referring to the comment about people being insulted by your "easy" runs - I for one find them incredibly motivating and your videos are the inspiration I have used to get back into running and alongside my other workout regimes. Love this content Lucy - good to know my ass also stands a chance 😅 Would love to know how you warm up for a run as I get conflicting stories depending on where I look......can't wait for my own "easy 13k" 🤩
I was thinking the same thing! I choose to believe that if Lucy can do it, we all can. (If you're insulted seeing her numbers, that's a you problem, not a Lucy problem. People and their comparison-itis haha.)
I’ve been subscribed for a while, and I just want to say that I love your content and even more I really appreciate you’re consistency with posting videos - I’m sure it takes a lot out of you so just wanted to share my appreciation and love for your channel 🤍
Hello Lucy, could you do a video about how to prepare for a first marathon? I want to run my first marathon but I don’t really know how to train for that and what are the important things to know about marathons (fuelling during runs or not, equipment, etc)

This was very useful for reminding me to work on glutes more than just once a week. Quick question: do you think slow running involves glute activation? I do both fast and slow running but feel like the slower easy runs, while valuable, don't do much for my glutes and I tend to lose glute activation through them. Hence the importance of gym, as you've pointed out!
Have you ever used the whoop for running? Is it worth getting both or is the whoop good enough? I view my heart rate on my phone as I run and it doesn’t bother me holding my phone!
Hi, is training glutes twice a week with 3 full days off between workouts too much ? I do hip thrusts, abduction, cable kickbacks on 1 workout and the 2nd workout Bulgarian split squats, back extensions and hip thrusts, 20-30 sets for glutes per workout.
This was a super informative video! I’m wondering: when you say calorie maintenance, are you also accounting for the calories exerted by running and workouts?
Thanks! No you don’t add on exercise calories, they’re already accounted for when you work out your calories as you state your activity level! Http://bit.ly/FREEcaloriecalculator xx
Hello, I've tried your calorie calculator. How is it that it's so different from MFP? I use MFP to track my protein intake because it keeps me accountable but I inevitably see my calories and sometimes it makes me feel disappointed when I see I've eaten more than it recommends. Also do you know any app that's like MFP but only for protein?
Hey ours is the last accurate formula you can use! MFP a lot of the time adds your exercise back onto your calories which can be very confusing. Unsure of just a protein tracker!
I'm not a very good runner 😂 I'm not offended. If you were like "YEAH , YOU'RE ALL SHIT BECAUSE IM SO GOOD AND FAST " 😂yeah, that's knobby but you don't do any of that. I'm glad these people are few and far between
HAPPPPY WEDNESDAY upload!! I absolutely loved filming this for you and I hope you love it 🎉🎉🍑🍑
Love it! Do you have a WHOOP group? :)
Love love love these hybrid training explanations! I don't see anyone else talking about this type of routine and I'm so here for it!

Whatever you do, you rock! Thanks for the constant motivation!
Hey Lucy! Are you going to attempt the 4x4x48 Goggins challenge again now that your hip is better? I love watching all the challenges you do on here 😍
My Garmin tells me everything that a woop does. Depends what Garmin you have, the latest do it all. I have the new Garmin Forerunner 265. It’s amazing
I thought the journal and health trends was still something unique to whoop. Is that not the case?

This just motivated me to go on a run 😂 I’m doing upper body and a run, that’s it!
