Putting reverb on sub bass is good in some cases. Can create atmosphere. Provided you turn the bass knob down and mix it accordingly. Can really help sometimes.
You can do anything to anything (nonone cares) as long as it sounds good. Listeners don’t care what you do but only want a good sounding music that they would like. So it really doesn’t matter at the end of the day. Break the rules, think outside box, do whatever.
you can also use patcher and separate low, mid and higher freqs, put reverb on hight frequencies, you will get insan bass

the most mind blowing "hidden" feature was automation clips, seriously they are a God sent.

That blur function in edison has opened a completely new world

@@inthemix It reminded me a video from Asher Postman, he used the same technique but with drums, it can sound amazing tbh :D
You can get a similar effect with wet reverb and delay if it help :)

I've.been using FL Studio quite intensively for 10 years, but these insights were superb.
Ditto, been using it since the days when it was called Fruity Loops and still found some really great tips here.
When you turned your arps into a pad you blew my mind completely. You are a genius
same here! im producing as a hobby and im always struggling to get those nice lush pads, this really helped me out!
I'm hoping this will lead to some unique new atmospheres for the back ground of some spacey stuff.

I do use blur for vocals but I NEVER thought of using it THAT way. Pure genius
Purely awesome! I'm working with FLStudio since it was still called Fruity Loops and that preset drag & drop feature was something I was always looking for and never found. Also changing the metronome target track is a super handy tip, as well as the blurring!
