I always believed that Starkiller is basically Anakin if he had reached his true potential early.
Did you know in an early draft of Star Wars, Luke's surname was Starkiller? I remember Hayden Blackman saying Starkiller shows what would have happened to Luke had he joined Vader. I see it your way too, we know Palpatine attempted to replace Vader with Starkiller, given how 'weak and broken' the cyborg was.
He's only a fraction of full potential Anakin.
@@GabrielUngacta Makes no difference, Anakin coasted on raw talent and never truly applied himself. Kenobi beat him by defending and retreating until he had an advantage. Starkiller was more balanced because Vader learned too late from his defeat at Mustafar, not every opponent can be overcome by power and skill in the moment. By the way Vader's defeat at Starkiller's hands was legit, unlike Luke who was actively using his father's reluctance to kill him.
P.S please keep things civil. This is fantasy lore were talking about.
@edwaiwood2416 had Anakin not completely fallen and matured to balance the light side and dark side of the force with his skill and power, the he would be the most powerful of both the Jedi and Sith.

Another detail I noticed aside from the ones you pointed out was when Starkiller looks up after winning, it’s the same pose and angle when he kills Vader in the dark side ending of TFU 1. Truly a passionate project! 🙂

Starkillers story is one of greatest that Disney could never hold a candle to, the way it expanded the narrative and the characters was legendary. However these days fake fan Disney shills are content with broom slapping sequels fights and weak force potential so unimpressive just seeing a rock lift is ground breaking 🙄🙄🙄 the force needs to be unleashed again. Sam Witwer deserves a live action film adaptation of the force unleashed

@@damaskholdings9140It's ridiculous really. People treating a fanon concept as if it were an actual part of both Legends and Disney Canon. They might as well put "Full Potential Jacen" up there as well while they're at it. Because besides being the second strongest of a Jedi Order with the highest quantity of legendary powerhouses, it was said in LotF that he would likely eclipse Grandmaster Luke eventually.
I mean, there's non canon fan DLCs where he turned Luke and unmade Force Ghost so having this video go as yet another what if is ok. It's "what if", not "that'd go this way". Novels also proved he wasn't op and was actually loosing to Vader in Unleashed 2
But unacceptable out come because he will not lose to star killer

I do not care what people said about Starkiller being OP! He deserves to be canon regardless on whether Disney likes it or not. George Lucas has created Darth Vader’s Secret Apprentice and he is one my favorite Star Wars characters.
Making Starkiller non canon is the only good thing Disney did.

This was fantastic man, I’ve honestly been struggling to put into words how amazing this animation is. Excellent choreography, smooth animation, and so much fan service all around. I loved this fight. If I had one area of critique, it’s that I feel some shots are cut a bit too short , like the camera cut away too quickly before I could register what was going on (this was only really noticeable near the end). It happens very little tho and is only really a minor nitpick, because this is honestly really freaking awesome.

I honestly think this is pretty damn accurate, like seriously, here we have Anakin being more destructive in the force than Galen while Galen shows his superior skill with the force. It's no question that Anakin was one of the most powerful jedis with the force but it's also known that he's arrogant and too headstrong, leading to him being too rash or tactless and overall less skilled with his force powers as he favors lightsaber combat, whereas Starkiller was trained by arguably the "strongest" version of Darth Vader/Anakin in both lightsaber combat and skill with the force, and he did beat Vader at the end of TFU too so there's that.
In my opinion I think there should be a alternate ending
I love how you mix both force unleashed and clone wars animations and voice lines. It gives an elegant display to both characters. Overall a job well done man. Keep up the good work! Also starkiller all the way.

Especially when you tried to say Knightfall Vader is somehow stronger than ROTJ Vader with literally nothing than because you said so. Vader has always been called “a broken shell of his former self”(especially by George Lucas himself)so that statement mean absolutely nothing, especially when ANH takes place only 2 years after TFU. Knightfall Vader also lost to Obi Wan regardless of how he did it, he still lost to him even after Yoda confirmed Obi Wan was no match for Sidious while Starkiller was stated by Sidious himself that he had the potential to be his equal. There is nothing any version of Anakin/Vader has that compared to Starkiller moving an entire star destroyer by himself. Regardless if it took him strain, he still did it and there’s nothing Vader has on that, EU or canon. Starkiller >> Vader(any version besides a non existent full potential Vader)

And there are a plethora of statements in which George Lucas says that the duels progressed over the OT as the fighters became more powerful and that ROTJ Vader and Luke are definitively inferior swordsmen to the major players in the Prequels (yes, they are sub-TPM Obi-Wan). Start with the featurette “Birth of a Lightsaber,” you can find it on UA-cam.
And there are many interviews and behind the scenes dialogue in which Lucas said Anakin lost a lot of his powers on Mustafar. And all works that closely follow Lucas’ vision, such as TFU, back this up.

Pretty accurate! Something I always found interesting is that match ups between warriors are always so nuanced its a lot like rock scissors paper. Loved it.

starkiller was never canon lol. He was always legends (and yes I know legends used to be the actual canon before disney took over) and honestly, he is where he belongs. If Disney ever brought him into canon they would massacre the shit out of him and make him a far outcry than the character we were used to and loved
well yeah it made no sense for him to be able to match up to Palpatine or even Vader for that matter hes a great video game character but if he can beat every one what's the point of him existing in star wars with out a weakness

What I don't understand is why would Vader risk taking Galen under his wing if He didn't think He was capable of defeating Palpatine one day? If They ever make a canon film or show the vast majority of people will want him to be closer to game Starkiller not novel Starkiller.
I remember a few years ago I watched a Vs battle of Anakin vs Galen and they described the fight in detail and it ended with Galen using Force Lighting on Anakin while Anakin used Force Choke on Galen and it ended with Galen winning.
This was absolutely incredible! Definitely worth the wait!

I loved this thing so much.
The animation was top tier, and seeing both Anakin and Galen being as powerful as Force users are in the EU was really an eye candy, specially their speed and being able to physically throw each other around; heck, there were even some QTEs from the actual TFU games here too.
Was rooting for Anakin tho, but overall I throughly enjoyed this video, so huge props for you.

I was actually surprised at how good this looked. Personally I think starkillers definitely cooler and I'm glad that he won, also makes sense. I believe somewhere it said that starkiller's potential can match the emperors.

Ok so I loved this, the choreography’s is fantastic and the animation shown is fluid and accurate to the characters however I think some of the scene transitions needed work like in 1:57 after the force struggle I genuinely don’t know what happened even after rewatching it

I always wondered the strongest version of Starkiller versus the strongest version of Anakin would be like in the duel and now I got my answer here. The very fitting dual of how it could have gone and I thank you for this💙, I would love to see the winner to fight against another Fallen Champion: Adam Taurus. ⚔️
The strongest version of Anakin (not counting the temporary Mortis arc scene) is still Darth Vader at the later end of the Galactic Civil War by a large margin. Its noted in multiple novels (both legends and canon) that Vader has sharpened his skills and honed his powers after the suit to the point he eclipsed his range when he was in Ep 3.

@@PappiiSensei101 Original. In TFU2, you can easily see that Vader wasn't trying to kill the clone. If anything, he was throwing so they would capture him and lead him and Boba to their headquarters.
In the TFU1 novel, it states that Starkiller could not contend with Vader's saber skills, and had to resort to using the environment to catch him off-guard and capitalize on it to win.

The guy that made this video has never seen Star Wars.
As an anakin fan even i recognize starkiller is more powerful in combat than him since he was trained specificly to be a war machine. Since anakin never reached his full potential he can't beat starkiller in a 1v1, the only chance he has to beat him would be if he was really furious so he can use his midiclorians count to unleash his powers, otherwise starkiller wins.
The result of the fight in the video is completely wrong man, Anakin is at his full potential here he should have won the fight! The ending needs to be fixed!

The absolutely unbelievable power star killer is capable of is insane. If he were a canon character, he'd be the single most powerful sith/Jedi/neither/both in the entire saga. As much as I love him, I'm hoping they never make him canon, because they'd have to alter and nerf tf out of him.

People honestly sitting here acting like Anakin has the feats to match starkiller when starkiller literally blocked an attack from a rancor capable of cracking a planet in half(Force unleashed 2 novelisation clarified this). Anakin is cool but he doesn't have any noteworthy powers and abilities that can match starkiller aside from his hypothetical potential he never reached nor was showcased in the entirety of Legends and canon minus clonewars showing him subduing the Mortis spectres. @@bradleysaunders1730 There is no way knightfall Anakin would win. Vader by the of the events of the Force Unleashed was more powerful than Anakin during knightfall and Star Killer still won win. Both Disney and Lucas both confirmed Vader overall was stronger than Anakin, Anakin merely had more potential than Vader which he never reached.
Anakins been hit with enough lightning before so he can definitely block those without breaking much of a sweat especially without the suit slowing him down and making him more vulnerable cuz his rage has let him outright tank lightning before and still move
I don't know about that cause half the time anakin is hit with force lightning he usually falls unconscious. Granted he can block it but If hit by it he might lose based on his track record.
