It has been a while since you posted this. Are you still seeing the same mpg gains over stock?
Yes I am , im averaging anywhere from 20-26 MPG on the highway , my commute its 1 hour so it’s mainly high way driving. In the city it comes down around 15-17. All of this depends if im Regening of course , in that case it will drop to 12 MPG on the highway the entire time im regening. Side note the disposable filter is 69$ , quite expensive, I bought the mesh sock they offer to help it stay cleaner. Lmk if you have any more questions
@@Air_Tech09 I appreciate it! I run their setup on my 1500 and it has been working fantastic but looking at getting something to help boost the mpg up a little in my dads 3500. Not nearly as many reviews or people talking about performance gains or mpg on those.
@@theecrewchief Well I ran it mainly to hear the turbo whistle more , which it did a bit more , It squeezed 1 or 2 more MPGs out well thats even better lol. I also run Hot Shots Secret Diesels fuel treatment at every fill it , that always helps gain you some MPGs , but for the bare minimum it keeps your fuel system lubricated and clean.
Did you get a check engine light when you disconnected the sensor?
No I didn’t , my battery was disconnected the entire time. Once I connected everything and started the truck , I had no check engine lights

Yea I can hear the turbo more , the whistle is more noticeable. I say 15-20% more , and I heard if you install a new intake horn is even louder 👍🏻

@@calebjaime7804 I haven’t noticed any MPG gain , I do mainly high way driving , I average anywhere from 20-24 MPG on the highway. Unless the regen kicks in lol

I didn’t notice any change in power , just a bit better MPG and more Whistle noice

Yea eventually I will , its about 5k-6k last time I check , maybe less now as more people delete theirs. But yea that would be the best course of action to extend the life of my truck.
@@Air_Tech09 hell yeah man! I got a 2017 l5p dually too! I’m gonna delete my truck as well after my warranty. 3k miles left and delete delete👍🏼
