I just LOVE these airstream trailers! They are so beautifully put together! Patrick knows them backwards & forwards! High quality product, 100% Classy Product demonstrator!
This is my favorite floor plan, and probably the one I would get. Really love the trolley windows. For comfort I wish there was at least one seat with a high back and an arm or two. The toilet room could use an exterior window for light like the Bambis have. Really like this trim level, it’s classic and modern. I’d leave it hooked up when it’s at home and use it as an office/guest house. Almost tempted to sell my house and live in it full time!
I agree with the twin bed assessment. We only considered a queen for our 2019 FC 28RB until we toured a 2018 FC 28RB with twins at a rally a few weeks ago. Oddly enough they had the same interior (Truffle) as ours so we got a great comparison. We are very happy with our Queen, but should we get a newer one in the next six years before we go full time, we will seriously consider twins. I’ll agree it’s not a four season rig, but we took delivery of ours last November and spent two nights at the dealer in 20° weather and snowstorms each night, we were toasty warm. First trip was winter camping a few weeks later in 15° weather and two more feet of snow. Glad we finally got to use it in warm weather this year. Really enjoy your videos.
Patrick, a few questions on Airstream twin models. Do any of them have drawers instead of drop down front underneath storage? Also, it looks like there are cutouts under the mattress of the globetrotter, do all models/model lines come with cutouts under the mattresses ? Thanks.
Thank you for the message. None of the twin model have slide out drawers currently. The cutouts are needed for the Tuft and Needle mattress that is standard on the Globetrotter.

Great walkthrough, love the locking TV bracket. Could please tell me the brand or model of the tv mount? I am looking for a mount like this that locks the tv in place for our boat and haven’t had any luck. I would greatly appreciate the info! Again great walk through !
Good job (as usual) Patrick. Could you possibly do a walk through on a 2019 23FB Flying Cloud? I would like to see the improvements as compared to our 2017 model. Also I wish that colonial was our local dealer. We had a bad experience with our local AS dealer. So much so that we actually bought our trailer last August from the original owner.

Hello Patrick, as always enjoy your videos. I have a question regarding the second air conditioning option. In the video you mentioned you would consider getting the second AC for extreme conditions what would you consider extreme conditions if I want to maintain a temperature of 72° inside?
Why wouldn't Airstream allow you to mix cushion colors? The cushions are exactly the same regardless of the cabinet color. Makes zero sense. Order your Airstream with the color cabinets you want and tell the kid that grabs the cushions from the warehouse what color to toss in the trailer. Done. What is the issue???
There are a total of four decors the designers at Airstream came up with. Unfortunitally there is no mixing and matching available. I am sure you will find one that suits you.
This would have been the perfect walk thru if your camera man weren't so danged slow to follow you to what you were pointing at. you mentioned a lot of things we did not get to see because he was so slow. maybe you all can work out something where you say ok lets look at ..then you mention something specific but don't talk about it until the camera is actually on you. its a nice unit i would like to see all of it someday lol

That new electric awning is a dealbreaker for me. The old manual one was bulletproof, the power awning is way too failure prone.

For the boondockers, has Airstream considered offering a composting toilet set up? That would allow for a larger freshwater and, perhaps, grey tank.
It been considered but just like if you were building a new home, there are building standards we have to follow.

Extreme would be days over 95 when not camping in the shade.

Its another Airstream, a 1997 Airstream B190.
Does air stream make a gooseneck or 5th wheel?
In the 1980's and 1990's Airstream produced a few 5th wheels.
You didn’t mention the interior length of living space....?
If you deduct 3' from the exterior length is will get you close to the interior living space dimension.
