Patrick, you are seriously one of the best marketing reps for the entire Airstream lineup. Please start a Twitch channel and do live question and answer sessions, and maybe a livestream breaking down some details on questions. Also, the twin finally makes this floor plan (my least favorite) actually very very nice!
I like the new format with the complete overview first, then the detailed look. That way those of us who have seen all your videos can get the quickie tour and what's new without reviewing the details that are the same on the whole line.
Another great video... my parents are buying a Grand Design fifth wheel trailer... I tried to talk them into Airstream, but no dice (mainly for financial reasons). That said, I watched the Grand Design trailer walkthrough video, and they simply don't hold a candle to anything Colonial Patrick does. After viewing Colonial's walkthroughs, I can clearly articulate the reasons why Airstream is a superior product and why buying from Colonial is the right choice. From materials, maintenance, and all of the small things that make owning a travel trailer fun instead of a chore, Airstream nails it and always puts the customer first. Quality from design to delivery, and clearly the best dealers around. Thanks again, Patrick! Airstream may not be the cheapest travel trailer on the market, but there is no doubt they are the best!
Just here to give Mr Wooder some much needed love for doing these awesome hands-on tours of the airstream models. We may not all bjy from you, but you help us all a ton. Thank you!!
What a great trailer and Patrick is a star. Feel like a got the best "new customer" walk through. And something I can view again. I hope Airstream sends him great swag.
This guy should be giving seminars to Vloggers on how to do a product feature/benefit. Too many of these guys point the camera to the refridg and then say "this is the refridg, great for keeping your beverages cold". Who knew? I thought it was for dirty laundry. A pleasure watching a pro.
I am in South Georgia and wish Colonial was closer. I have learned more about airstream and instructions on how to use everything on this unit from Patrick than Airstream official press. Awesome walk through.
I just love the style of the Airstream trailers. The interior in light elm and blue/ grey fabric looks so fresh and clean and spacious. A lovely way to spend your cash ......can't take it with you 👍
This trailer is gorgeous, Airstream really are on it in terms of interior design in 2020! These reviews are brilliant well done Patrick. FInally sales guys who know the products they are selling!!!
I think that is my favourite of the current Airstream range, except I'd have the queen bed version. I love the layout of the 23FB. It is such a logical layout with the toilet/shower room at the back, the living area and kitchen in the middle and the sleeping area at the front. The Globetrotter interior is in my opinion the best of the current range and looks great in the 23FB.
outstanding presentation ... I learned so much more than just the inside but what you have to realize to take it away on the road.....have to come by....
This is my favorite Airstream layout, but I’d strongly consider replacing the dinette with a long desk (perfect location with the large camp-side windows!). Alternatively, might toy with the idea of putting a desk in place of the passenger-side bed. Do wish it had a bit more CCC, larger access doors to the outside storage, and took better advantage of the rear views. But overall, I love this one!
This is the perfect plan except for one thing. Oh how I wish they would of put a hole in the floor for a pedestal table between the beds so you could use that as an office space with a nice view. Gorgeous trailer!! 😉
I love this one! But I wonder if it would be possible to take out a bed & incorporate a washer dryer in the space? Then it would be absolutely perfect!
These videos are great! Our dealer here sent me to watch your trailers to find out more about airstreams. However I think I need to know your workout routine. Looking pretty jacked! 😎
Great job again, Patrick! 100 degree days with high humidity are not uncommon where we camp so you have my sympathy for that day! Was it pretty cool in the trailer, still? Better to have too much A/C than not enough!
I know what you mean, Tobias, but I see these people taking Airstream travel trailers to Alaska and other cross country road trips where very few people would risk pulling a common camping trailer. They're stronger, lower to the ground and much more stable, very important for long trips on the open road. I've seen a lot of RV crashes, but never an Airstream. Your other option is to get a big diesel pusher and learn how to drive it and look at what those cost and the maintenance! There are a few things that give me pause, though. Not sure I could get used to the shiny interior and not sure how to cover it. Not sure about those roller shades and not sure there are enough rivets and attachments, but I bet Patrick knows better than anyone about the quality of Airstream and how a dealer is going to get an earful if anything is less than perfect at that price point. I doubt he would still be making these videos and selling these products unless he knew from experience that not a lot of flack would be coming his way. Nobody is going to willingly stand up to a firing squad which is what I compare the internet to. One has to be extremely confident in his remarks because no matter what one says, there will be incoming! Now, add a hundred grand and more to that equation and what you have is either a happy fan base or a company out of business. I've put a lot of time, thought and research into this and Airstream is still building travel trailers, not camper trailers. Patrick has always answered my questions and I'm saving up for an Airstream. It will most likely be the Globetrotter 23FBQ because I can get it into just about any national park or cramped, low overhang campground. I can depend on it holding a high resale value if I want to trade later. The only thing that MAY prevent me from buying it from Patrick is that it's a long way to his place from coastal south Texas. That still may not be that much of a deterrent because I believe Patrick is a straight shooter and I won't do business with anyone I may suspect is less than forthright. Nothing is going to be perfect, I just expect fair dealing when things do go wrong. So best of luck to you, Tobias and I sincerely hope that you're happy with whatever you purchase. I know the sticker shock is right up there with the atom bomb, but I really do believe that thousands of Airstream owners can't all be wrong.
@@jayjdietrich Agree. I took my 23 FB Flying Cloud to Alaska and the Yukon for 3 months and had a ball. It towed like a dream. I did the entire Alaska Hwy and the Top of the World Hwy from Tok, Alaska to the Yukon. It was absolutely wonderful. Traveled from Georgia to British, Columbia where I met up with a caravan. However, I towed my unit solo. Planning to upgrade to this 25 or 27 unit this year.

Love the lighter colors, and the blueish seats and cabinets. Does that Microwave also have Air Frying? If not, can you get one that does? Air Fryers are so poplular since you don't have to use oil when frying and it is healther because of the lack of frying in oil.

Thank you. I love the new 12V/120V DC/AC refrigerators. The composite floors are also a great upgrade. I have not experienced the mattress sliding off when traveling. The black tank sits above the floor on the rear and corner bath models and there is limited space. The 18 gallons is plenty.

Excellent tour Sir! However with the increased weight it can no longer be towed by a mid-sized SUV or light pickup truck. I wonder why they did that?
Erin, the weight increased due to the larger refrigerator, power awning, power stabilizer jacks and solid surface countertops.
