    Thank you, Bharti 💟It was my first practice on this channel. I want to work more on my solar plexus chakra these days to increase my self-confidence and self-esteem. I'm almost five months pregnant, so I modified some asanas and did full breathing instead of kapalabhati. What's your opinion on breathing techniques during pregnancy?
