Yesss clicked so fast on “no squats!” 😂 thank you for the modification info also 😍!!! Also, you have very nice legs since too many of these muscle guys have these masses of leg muscles but it looks unbalanced and like they can’t walk normally and not aesthetically pleasing at all 😖 - guess your hamstring checking is working 🤣
You're focusing on your UA-cam channel and you're keeping on uploading new, informative and funny videos is like dream come true 🙏🙏🙌🙌😎 Huge fan brother 🙏🙏
Said Ronnie Coleman who now at 54 (2018) >>>Coleman has been battling through a series of major surgeries over the past few years, including two hip replacements and multiple back surgeries. For a man who's spent much of his professional life as a 300-pound monster pumping iron every day, being confined to hospitals "I actually feel like I'm about to die," Coleman says at one point during the documentary of the pain he's undergoing, adding that it's intense and present "24/7." He opens up about taking the drug oxycodone, a powerful type of opioid painkiller, saying he swallows "four, sometimes five" 30-milligram pills "every single day. This is the highest potency you can get." I am a year younger than him with zero issues...so give me a regular routine and good health
I keep hurting my lumbar because i end up compensating the discomfort on my knee when I squat, even trying to engage my core, i always get my lumbar wacked. Imma try this
All exercises are very excellent and brilliant bro of legs workout and keep it up and keep getting gains and keep going hard 👍👍👍👍👍👍👌👌👌👌👌👌❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪👏👏👏👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
You're great. 👍🏽😂 "You know you've done a good set when you get light headed and then it goes away." I must kill all of my workouts then. 🤣🤣 Also, I hate to say but I'm glad you posted pulling your hamstring. A pulled hamstring is the reason I'm on UA-cam now searching for "no squat" leg workouts now. Clutch. 👍🏽💯✌🏾
would you please make a series where you always try to break your personal record on the compound movements? Like a PR serie 👀💪 I am curious about your personal lifting records 😀
I know many of you have a lower back issues, so the first exercise of the day will be stift leg deadlift lol, as the person who has lower back issue, i will tell you would prefer heavy squats, rather any loght weight on any deadlift, all you can do scandinavian leg curls, sissy squats and hack squats variatiobs as well as laying squat machines, lunges variations, squats wirh weighted belt on you weight on the boxes and any light squats with kettle bells or dumbells by the end of the workout + smith machine, piatol squats, box jumps, step ups, therefor you won't load your lower back at all
Hey Richard, I don't think anything 😅As always very creative 👌I will follow the warm-up more strictly in the future! In the past I often had cramps in my calf, magnesium helped a lot!
You're getting bigger. You don't fear pain. Your muscles are incredible! They don't need to get any bigger. Please be careful and don't feel guilty of rest: your body would appreciate it! I like seeing what you get up to in the gym, but looks so painful!
What's your technique in term of weight sitting & patterns? Are you going for drop sets or just fixed number for all 4 sets? Specifically for this workout video.
I forgot to say that i train my calves separate on my shoulder day. So no, I don’t skip calves...even if it looks like it..🙃

Great workout, my legs are on fire!
Do you ever change up your training like adding or reducing volume, focusing on strength etc?
I mainly stick to hypertrophy work (rep range between 8-15). I only go heavier on the compound movements (sets of 5-8)
