Dear Community! I hope you enjoy this interviewing tactic! See you tomorrow for the debut of the The Job Interview Playbook Webinar! Make sure to SUB so you don't miss it!
I just want to say thank you so much! I used your tactics about asking questions, and the #1 question you said to ask, and I feel like i nailed the interview. The interviewer let a curse slip while we were exchanging stories.. !! Which is a good sign..!! I didn't stop being professional though. I kept that in mind. They want all my legal paperwork now and opened up a new position on my account so I owe you a HUGE thank you. It's still not a definite yes, but it sure feels like it. I'll definitely come back to your channel and your products for my next interview.
Hi Andrew, How are you doing today? I do trust that you are doing well and I am a member of your Milewalk Academy and I also have your hardback cover book "Interview Intervention!" An update 9 months on and the UK Real Estate/ Property Sales market is very and highly competitive, Despite already attending at least 7 Real Estate Agents and already possessing previous real estate agency experience. I have not managed to secure a role. I read a chapter in your book " The World Revolves Around You!" It doesn't look like it and I don't want to be negative and I am very frustrated as my "Resume" is securing the interviews. . It seems that "World Revolves around the Recruiter and the Interviewer!" when it comes to applying for a position in the "Real Estate or Property Sales!" Field . I am now seriously considering that It might be worth me trying to change career and go into a different industry or field. As I do have over 6 years of sales and customer service experience. I am going to start personally looking for a hybrid role ( ie 2 or 3 days in the office or store and 2 or 3 days at home!!) Reply
How to I contact you for a session, please? I have one offer and possibly another. I have some specific questions and I have been following you and have used your information to get to this point in the interviewing process!
Hey Andy, how should you handle not being called after an interview to update you on the status when the decision deadline is passed and also seeing the role being readvertised?
Hi Andy, I tried calling unsuccessfully, so I sent an email to the HR lead, and below is the response: "Yes, after carefully reviewing all the candidates who interviewed for the position we found that there was a highly competitive pool of applicants. While we were impressed with your qualifications and interview performance, we decided to reopen the job posting to consider additional candidates who might be a strong fit for the role. We understand that this process may cause some concern, but rest assured your initial application and interview are still under consideration. Our decision to reopen the job posting was not a reflection of your qualifications or interview performance but rather a proactive step to ensure we find the best possible candidate for this critical role. We value your interest in------------and your commitment to being a part of our team. Rest assured that we will continue to assess all candidates and will provide an update when we can. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time." Isn't this such a kind and honest response? This is a newly created and very critical position, so I understand the strategy. I'm even more intrigued! Thank you again Andy, your channel is awesome and you are amazing! Always be mindful that your work helps so many people. Big up yourself and continue delivering the magic!
@kelly-annboatswain4057 Wow! That was the response you got? You should have gotten the job. What more do these people want? I'm sick and tired of going above and beyond for these employers only to not even hear back from them or get a foolish response like that. I hope you found something. God Bless.
Dear Andrew, Hiring managers don't allow me to bring the topic about what kind of problems could I have solved. They just ask questions and follow the next. How can I bring this topic during the interview you mention?
Hello Andrew, I live in Las Vegas. I would like to work behind the scenes for one of the shows on the Las Vegas Strip. But, the shows do not list the job titles of their crew. I would like to send in my resume along with a cover letter for a position I qualify for. Would it be a bad idea to ask them to look at my qualifications and see if I qualify for a position? Even if it's not currently listed as being available ? Maybe I can go in for an interview for a position before they post it.
Ask the interviewer what are the unit's goals and obstacles to meet them. The earlier you determine their answer the better. Now, drill on it in almost every question they ask you.
One of your advice but other recruiters not to give them the last salary cost me 2 job interviews this week. Not funny , they were arrogant and liers and my husband was right give them the number if it is too big for them their problem.

Ask them as soon as you can ask questions. Also, join me tomorrow about how to know this in advance. It’s at my interview playbook webinar.
