I just stumbled upon this video while I was looking for an idea for my 30-60-90 days plan for the presentation test as KAM which I'll be having next week at a new company. Amazing video, I found a lot of useful information and tips. As non native English speaker I had to sweat a little bit to follow the explanation, I suggest to talk a little bit slower or clearer to reach a wider public
Hi - I'm so glad you enjoyed the video. You're right about the speed at which I talk. I've slowed down a lot since this video was published. There's a little used feature on UA-cam where you can slow down the playback speed to as low as 0.25 the original speed. Just click the gear icon. Also all my videos have human edited captions (by me!) so be sure to turn those on as they are accurate.

I would expect you would have the right skills and experience to easily move into a key account management role. A lot of the responsibilities are the same. Moving into a new industry (e.g. out of SaaS into something else) might be trickier, but it can be done!

This 90 days plan is close to the michael watkins book?
Definitely inspired by the 90 play structure recommended in the book, but I customized all the activities for key account management and adapted some elements too. So you're not going to find this plan in the book.
