Excellent video!!!
Thank you so much about this video. I had medial knee pain for three months and couldn’t even walk properly. Within a week (!) of following your advice on MCL recovery I have returned to almost pre injury activity - I walked 29 k yesterday in London as tube strike and run on treadmill 30 mins. I’m so grateful, you’re amazing
None of my doctors ever did any tests on my knees. The only thing I was told " You need a new knee". I've seen my x-rays on my two knees and It does appear that there is something wrong with my meniscus. Thank you for posting this video. When I go to my PT this week I'll ask about these two tests. At this point I've got nothing to lose and everything to gain!
The special test are used to diagnose a problem. Once it's made then its important to do the right EXERCISES
What's your symptoms?
Thank you for a very clear explanation and tests. Also great that you have put the time stamps so we can jump to the right section. Very helpful!
I injured my MCL last year and didn't know what to do. Ever since I've had trouble standing, walking, and especially going down stairs. I'm going to do these exercises you so kindly shared. Thank you for helping me get my mobility back with your generous free advice! I live in the U.S, but if I lived closer I'd definitely give you my business!!😊
Brilliant! Thank you so much for the clear video! It’s the ITB for me.
Thank you for such informative session. It does explain my meniscus problems.
This is THE BEST knee injury video on UA-cam! Very well explained and treatment options are worth their weight in gold.
Thank you so much for this helpful video! After doing all the tests, i now know what i don't have injured in my knee which is a bit of a relief.
That was really a great breakdown of diff problems. Mine are due to my hip pain now affecting my knees. Tks for explaining! Going to follow your advice.
Thank you i will now be able to diagnose what is causing the pain and how to treat it. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

You're n excellent educator Thank you.
Thank you for the information you made public. I have come across your video 4 months later. I'm doing much better and still very active but I have reduced my normal exercises routine. None the less with research on the net and a family therapist I managed to reduce the risks. I was lucky in some way. At 65 I'm active in Tai Chi, do some ballet routine still and Fencing. Some time ago in April lessening to some music got carry away in my room with little space to move, doing a "Pirouette" suddenly some thing went wrong and a sharp pain stop me from going on, It started in the interior of my knee. I managed to walk again as soon as it happened but stop any exercises for a month. I did use cold compresses. There was no redness or swell on my knee, with time I notice that the pain was on and of at different part of the knee, at times on the out side, then in front, other time on the inside, this at interval of few day apart. I stop exercising but did some floor exercises, walks, and squats every day. Now after four months I have gone back to almost exercising every day, if I feel discomfort I stop. I still manage to do pirouettes, Tai Chi, and Fencing. I aim at the "Seiza" position in IAIDO Japanese Fencing. That is sitting with your knee bended on top of each other, It is coming slowly back I still feel discomfort but I work to the limits of my potential. I wish I had come across this video 4 months ago. It would have been easier and comforting. Thank you.
THANK YOU SO MUCH🙏

Wow that was a lot of information but thank you!
Thank you very much , this is a clear and greatly organized video! I have one question if I may: I did all the tests on my right leg and at the ITB test I felt pain, but mostly inside the knee (behind patella). I also have constant pain all along my leg from the tendons between my inner toes to tibialis anterior muscle up to the gluteus minimus. All other tests turned negative. Could this pain be a result of ITB problems? Thank you!
Great information, thanks a lot,. Pakistan.

Excellent video. I have knee pain, I was asked to take an x-ray which the results say that there is no fracture or dislocation. The patellar is also normal. I can't bend the affected knee. What exercise will u recommend and the diagnosis
Very nice video👍👍👏❤️❤️🔔
I have knee pain for number of years and have taken many PT sessions but the pain has not disappeared completely! I have started indoor biking for 20 minutes a day, is that ok or it is too much for my knees over long duration? Appreciate your guidance and thank you for sharing, I love all your videos. Thanks again
If that is not causing any discomfort you should continue otherwise start with foam rolling the muscles around the knee. Will be posting a video very soon on my channel. Take care 👍
Dear lord thank u !!!! I just wasted $150 on a chiro who obviously knew nothing about the knee joint
Hi I like your exercises, thanks but I have knee replacement and still have pain and lack of mobility. What can you recommend?
Please make a video on spondylitis and hand pain
My knee fell out of its place about 4weeks ago. Now it is still weak and thin. I train and hope it heals it. Still saw the video for suggestions. Thank you for such information. I still have a sound when i straighten it so do you recommend me to see a doctor again?

If you choose surgery of the knee joint, for how long is the healing going to take place? And for how long is the surgery going to be useful or it only help the knee for specific period of time?
Hey great video. I have a 9 yo here but I can't tell whether its the outer meniscus or the ITB band strain. Please advise. Thank you
You are God, I was thinking about this and you uploaded XD
I'm trying the exercises now. My right knee is especially stiff and painful.

Love you sir.can you please tell the tests for patellar rub and its therapy oh gosh oh gosh.oh gosh not surgery oh.
Do you have the same kind of advice (video) for acl pain. Not immediate, but some years after the accident has occurred?
My knee clicks when i straighten it, bend it and also when walking up stairs. I thought it was a meniscus injury, but it has been like this for years. Can it still be meniscus or is it something else? I did the last tests and my knee clicked on the Eges test and hurt a little on the Thessaly test. Any advice?
How about when you have a pain on the side outer ankle of one foot for a year and now your knee from same leg has started to click and slide pattela inwards. Could this be related?
Can these exercises be done in a pool for low impact resistance ?
Thanks. My pain on the inside of my knee isn't positive in these tests. When my knees are crossed I can feel the pain.
I have positive test result for all 3 of the ligaments.
What exercise can correct knock knees?

Please sir🙏🙏😭😭 make a video on carrying angle (cubitous valgus)
Please 🥺🥺
Hearing sound on right knee,is there any exercises for that
Completely unrelated: I love the Dutch accent. I have noticed that as English has become the lingua franca across Europe over the past 20 years, a new blended accent has emerged. A hint of Irish or British mixed in with a German/Dutch/Croatian intonation sounds much nicer than the boring old 'American' (neutral) accent.
