- In a Las Vegas Jail, a prison fight erupts among two inmates. Officers act quickly to separate the inmates and figure out the crime that occurred. A prison fight can carry 1-6 year prison sentence. Meanwhile, an intoxicated woman is arrested for a domestic violence incident. The suspect poured tomato sauce over the victim's head. Elsewhere, officers are surprised to find a concealed weapon on a suspect.
Jail is an American documentary reality television series that follows suspects in custody from booking through to incarceration. The show documents events in different jails across the U.S. Jail is the sister show to Cops, a show that follows police officers on patrol.

That's the first time I ever heard Officer Joiner raise her voice . Rightfully so finding a needle.
Prosecutors who keep letting these drunk drivers off without serious penalty should be responsible for subsequent deaths that occur from their negligence and pay families for their loss and to cover funeral costs.
Often times one experience in jail is enough to scare first time DUI offenders into never doing it again.

Little girls (trying to play the innocent naive part) wouldn't or shouldn't be underage drinking vodka and driving under the influence. And the mother leaving the kids, prime example of people who irresponsible had kids, shouldn't have had kids and like a lot of people, maybe shouldn't had ever had sex.
Why didn't the officers allow the prisoner to go to the toilet? I think the officers do a fabulous job but they shouldn't be denying access to a toilet.

Pretty sure In most states it’s a felony . Just googled it and it popped up under several states that I saw .
Urinating on, or throwing urine (or any other bodily secretion) at a police officer or correctional institution employee is a felony called "gassing."

We have to have a three strike rule unfortunately. I wish it was the first time, but sometimes people get one and never do it again so it’s a chance for them to learn a lesson. Wish it wasn’t like that, but it is🤷🏼♀️

@@davemathews7890 heard. I had a family member pass from a DUI incident and that guy got 3 years. My granddad said it should have been longer but the guy with drinking and is doing well for himself so I believe the 3 strikes rule works.

The Las Vegas episodes are the best! They have the nicest jailers who are professional and decent/respectful to the inmates 😊.

Almost like the loving staff of an animal shelter, in general America is far behind Europe in terms of human dignity. If you were to drive drunk here, you would remain untied and be able to go home after the doctor's appointment, depending on whether you are cooperative. In America, you are immediately chained up in an embarrassing way and paraded.

I believe you are correct with most traumatized persons, but I aged faster.
@@feurigerStern Yes. You do age faster because you just lost any semblance of a normal childhood but your emotional age is, for the most part, stuck at the age of trauma. That can manifest is many ways, not just voice.

Officer William Moore is a relative of mine
He dealt with a huge allegation in the past with inappropriately touching females.
Therefore he didn't properly pat down the chick with the taser in her bra.
He got reprimanded for it & had to retrain on patdown searches.
You know what though, he made the right call about the pat down search.
I might get hated on for this, but when it comes to pat down searches on women, it's best that a woman does it, just so there aren't any allegations/complaints/lawsuits filed.

Hate the lady officer in the first clip. Typical personality type for county jail. But having said that, if you're already arrested and taken in to be booked, you gotta tell them if you have syringes on you. They're gonna find them anyway, and they ask specifically if you have any on you. As a recovering IV addict for 15 years, I got lucky that I didn't contract anything. But back then I didn't know if I had or not, and I'd definitely tell someone before they started searching me.

Right?! I’m a health care worker too and I was totally shook by that… and it was later stated that 2 of the needles had blood in them, and the 3rd one had some drugs left in it. Totally scary! I can’t believe she did that..
May 2023 i was falsely arrested on DUI charges. Obviously went through the whole process of intake etc. its easy as long as you follow what they say. charges were dropped, still working on getting it off my record.

At 28:42, the prisoner was told he could go for a pee as soon as the officer was done searching him. Instead of telling him he could go after being seen by medical. Then, after being seen by medical, he was taken to a cell to “cool down” a little bit. He got upset, after being placed in a cell and acted out because he hadn’t been allowed to pee as he’d been promised. Oops…a bad on the part of the staff.
They were definitely wrong for not allowing that guy to use the restroom. That’s abusive.

I like how the female officer said she tries not to take a lot of the stuff she deals with home with her and instead goes to train in the gym. Bet you she's like a lot of these officers who go to the gym to forget some of the stuff they have to deal with. It shows too because their strong. I've been impressed with how some of the women can handle an irate drunk guy that probably thinks he's stronger.

I am not american but what I cleary see here is that US dosen't need more jails. USA need more drug rehabilitation clinics and more mental hospitals. Because most of this people are not well and have drug problems.
