- Officers deal with another round of drunk suspects. Many refuse to cooperate and become combative forcing the officers to throw them into restraint chairs and isolation cells, prolonging their release from jail. Elsewhere, officers break up jail fights.
Jail is an American documentary reality television series that follows suspects in custody from booking through to incarceration. The show documents events in different jails across the U.S. Jail is the sister show to Cops, a show that follows police officers on patrol.

Misdemeanor, felony, they are both deadly when used, I wanted to say, incorrectly, but then it hit me, there is no correct or incorrect way to use it. I’ve drunk beer, alcohol all my life and never gotten drunk that someone else would recognize, I can’t take it when I start to lose my control of my self and that lets out drugs also. I drink at best two six packs a year so to some I don’t drink. People use it for one reason and one reason only and that’s to get hi, feel good it’s personal but my personal choice is if you use something that can take a life, it shouldn’t be legal. To many lives have been lost by both, but you and I know that as long as money is to be made, government officials will legalize it, I’m surprised it’s still illegal someplace’s.

That was an unofficer comment. I thought it was funny and other officers thought it was. It may have been, not so good by implication but the officer lost his composure there. He shouldn’t be allowed to work it that department if he can’t control his tong. That job position takes a lot of control to do, he’s dealing with people that the majority don’t know they are in jail or what they are there for, he should remember that. I would say that the person who did his mental evaluation missed something there. Those test are usually correct. I checked good, i was given a passing mark in my evaluation to be able to work in a department where you have to carry a revolver, some individuals fail the test in that area and are offered employment in another capacity in some cities that every officer must be armed no matter what department you work in.
I hope that man makes it and stay out of prison. Rooting for you!👍

I can tell you from experience, that being put in that chair only further enrages me even more!! So knowing that they are only supposed to keep you in one for a max of two hours.. I’d always just sit back and waited for them to come turn me loose, before I snapped off on em, while they thought I calmed down a bunch. But I n reality tho, I was typically just getting warmed up most of the time tho!. Fun times!!

I lived there... Hillsborough County deputies were mostly decent folks. I didn't interact with too many of them, but the ones I did ... good people.

Hosepipes and batons are a better determent than restraint chairs.
That form of negative reinforcement called "pain" is a much better deturant than politeness and courtesy.
