hey cool deal guys! you probly won't believe me but back in the day i caught a spotted blue bay bass in king harbor that was close to 10lbs. of course this was the 90's, it was 3am, the whole harbor was phosphorescing, only time i've ever seen it do that. like brilliant neon green and bait everywhere. i had one of those old disposable cameras in my backpack but i felt such great respect for the fish, i put it back immediately, rather than fumble with the camera. but yeah cool deal fish on guys! and always go barbless!
Nice Sandy brotha. Just getting into the Kayak Fishing game and truly appreciate all the safety advice, fishing, and sonar tips. Im learning out in Dana. With more time and experience I hope to catch you out in Newport sometime. Take care out there Badgy. Have a great day.
Honeybadger VooDoo Outdoors Hey buddy! I love the new Stealth, but I would be the first to admit that it’s not for everyone. It’s definitely a more intense fishing experience and not something you would ever use for a casual day of spotty fishing in the harbor! My Hobie Revolution 13 is more user friendly and definitely more comfortable. The Stealth is high on performance, but low on creature comforts! But... it paddles like a dream and when it comes to traveling through the surf zone and handling rough water conditions, it is head and shoulders above the Hobie. With the Stealth, you are going to get wet every time you use it and you are definitely going to go swimming once in awhile when you mis-time the waves! When you flip the Stealth, there’s no embarrassing yard sale, no reels full of saltwater and sand! All your gear is safe and dry and completely out of harms way inside the hull! The Central Coast would be awesome! 🎣😃
Hey man so about the water temp it was in the 70’s range and high 60’s for about 2.5 weeks about a month ago. They was a turnover I. The water recently that caused the water to become cold once again looks like it should be through in about another 2 weeks.🤙🏻 tight lines
Hey HB Voodoo, I was also out at King Harbor 8/1. Long shot but did you or any of your buddies happen to run across half a Werner paddle? If so could you reach out to me? Thanks

@@carter7371 Is that kinda like the "thermocline" that the freshwater bass guys talk about?

Hi, sorry - no one in our party picked up a paddle. Sorry to hear that it got lost - those are nice paddles.
No worries I knew it was a long shot.
Where can I get a good kayak
Assuming you want to get a used kayak, there is always Craigslist and OfferUp and Facebook Marketplace.
