Yo man, just found this video. I love the relaxing and chill vibe of your review. I really like that you don't use the "UA-cam" voice - loud, fast talking, blah blah - you know the one where someone is trying to hype me up for something. Keep 'em chill like this.
I just ordered mine in white!! Loved your review and graphics/editing is sweet ❤️🔥 I was already convinced, but you confirmed that I made the right decision.
WELL DONE! I really enjoyed your sharing of the Supersport 950 S. Thank you. I currently ride a 2014 vfr (interceptor) 800. Not quite the same but can only hope to one day ride a Ducati. Keep your videos coming.
Sweet! I fell in love with the white one in a showroom, but I've never ridden a motorcycle before so I'll probably start with the MT-07 next spring. I'll trade in the MT-07 for this in a few years lmao, awesome video!
Thanks for the kind words! I think you’re going about riding in the best way possible. Don’t start off spending top dollar till you learn the basics and ride for few years!
@@EspressoRacer That is the plan. The MT-07 looks like a great start bike especially for a taller rider, it was the most comfortable bike midrange naked for me. You have great taste in cars too!
@@EspressoRacer Whoops. Picking up my 950 S next week as my first. 😂 Definitely going to be as smart as you can about it though. Thing wont see a road for a few weeks until i get the feel for it.
@@mgmotomi I just picked up my 950S a week ago. First bike. I am already eyeing the V4 SP2. The SS feels a little underpowered. I think it is an excellent first bike to start off with and was originally planning on doing several upgrades, including full Akro exhaust, etc. But now, I am leaning towards riding this for a bout a year before I go full on Panigale. And for longer rides, the Diavel. Good luck on your bike!
Nothing about the vibey mirrors - the only reviewer not to. And the adjustable screen? Squashed thumbs on full lock? Touring pack (heated grips, hard luggage, bigger screen)? Fuel consumption/range? Service intervals? Pillion comfort?
*everyones* complaint about this bike is the lack of cruise control. It's an amazing bike but Ducati flat out just doesn't listen to customers. I've been waiting since 2017 with the 939 but eventually caved.
Too bad it is new, you can see the orange RPM indicator at 6k. There is no way you got the full experience. Once the first service is done they open up the engine and once it hits about 2K in mileage it smooths out and opens u even more. I have a Hyper 950SP, same engine and man when they get broken in they pull way harder than anyone needs. I also have a 1290 Super Duke and when I ride the Hyper it does not feel slower than the Super Duke. There are no other bikes that suck as bad as a Ducati before it is broken in and no other bike that opens up like Ducati's do when they do break in. I am assuming that is because of the race tolerances of their parts etc.
@@EspressoRacer Yep, it is a perfect bike for the road which seems to escape most people. You simply can't ride a Panigale on the street because all of its power is way too high in the revs range. This SS has way more power than what the 113hp indicates. You can also add the Ducati Evo pipe setup with asap and get 120+out of it. I can say that my Hyper SP is extremely fast and delivers perfect road torque.
It doesnt stand out more than japanese sport bikes, Honda makes red bikes as well, to the untrained eye a Honda stands out the same if not more because of the racey decals instead of the small "ducati" logo you have to be up close to read. Nice review tho, my dream bike!
I ordered mine last week.. love it so much.. did a testride and immediately ordered one.. Ducati 4 life ❤
Thanks for watching!
This was my first Ducati I tested and my god, the character on this was so much fun

Thank you so much for the kind words! That means a lot :)
The quick shifter is standard on the base model for the 950 model.
Thanks! I didn’t know that

Thank you for watching and so happy I helped you confirm your purchase! Let me know how you like it and ride safe!

May I ask you about how many cylinders on this bike ?
Cbr 600rr have 4 cylinders but how about you ?
@@holybutterfly8495 There are two cylinders.

How's the vibes in the mirrors ??, nice review..Bravo !!
Thanks man! Didn’t notice much vibration on the mirrors, but I have had other ask about this so it may be prevalent with other bikes!
what kind of watch are you wearing?
MVMT watch
Oh my atlast!
Hows the mirrors are they vibrating like crazy? How bout heat?
Mirrors were surprisingly not vibrating much! Placement and visibility was OK but that's expected with most sports bikes

Shout out to CTX. Good people in there.

Gorgeous bike, but please learn how to pronounce "espresso". Hint, it's not "expresso".
Thanks!
