What is good settings for fast rendering

This is a complicated question and everything depends on the project. My basic render settings are 200-400 render samples, 0.01 Noise Threshold and I use to simplify settings with texture limit 4K and 6 for Max Subdivision.

You may use blender guidelines in camera settings (Viewport Display - Composition Guides) or another way to use an image with composition guides like I used in this video Golden Ratio and set this image as a Background Image in the camera settings. You can find a lot of different composition guidelines in Google and use them in your viewport if the standard is not enough.
