You've achieved quite good animation quality with such a low number of samples (128) - do you always use such values? It seemed to me that you should set at least 800 so that the denoising of the animation is not so visible.
I almost never use more than 400 for static. Yeah, I used 128 samples here.

Thanks for the video! I'm not sure if I understood you correctly, at the end you gave up adding trees and grass in EEVEE Next? Does it really become so slow with grass and trees that it becomes unusable?
It was not too slow and when I added forest and grass in Eevee everything worked well in real-time, even without freezing, but the render was really long and I don`t know why, but as for me it just seems that Eevee next couldn`t handle with a lot of small detail like trees and grass, though it was possible to render this scene with grass and bushes without forest. I can`t say that is unusable but maybe it`s not for everything like Cycles.

I have a lot of tutorials on my channel.
One little tip. For any complex object that needs to be duplicated, and duplication will not be very noticeable, for instance trees, use Alt + D instead of Shift + D, and then slightly change objects with scaling and rotation. That can drastically reduce poly count on some scenes because you are using instancing of one object instead of duplicating it.
