This is the music I grew up on and I get such a kick out of watching the younger generation experiencing and reacting to it for the first time. 70s, 80s, and 90s music was fun and entertaining. You have so much to hear and see. Lol Enjoy the journey 💕
"Who is playing this freakin guitar bruv" Me: "how do you not know Slash..." p.s Axel Rose ( the singer) and Slash was like a mix made in heaven that made this band so legendary.
Adogg, you are in a position that most of us wish we were in. Listening to great music for the very first time and discovering how awesome it is. I get that you didn't come up with rock music. We all want to feel how you feel listening to one of rock music's best songs of all time. We're enjoying this journey with you, my brother! It's been fun.
Axl Rose has sung notes that span nearly six octaves, from F1 (in There Was a Time), in the second-lowest octave in scientific pitch notation, to B flat 6 (Ain't it Fun), five octaves above it. Rose has a lower baritone than Barry White, and can reach higher notes than Tina Turner and Beyoncé 😳
It’s a lot of fun to watch your reactions to the music and bands that I grew up with. I’m 70 years old and lived through the 50’s and on, watching the evolution of popular music. I graduated from high school the year of the “summer of love”, folk music, Hendrix, Beatles, the “British Invasion” , hair bands, metal, rock, punk, hip hop, all of it. I was also exposed to a lot of old country and bluegrass thanks to dad’s southern roots. ☮️🌼♥️
seeing his reaction and the look on his face reacting to Slash for the first time is absolutely priceless. Glad you can appreciate this legendary music
Guns and Roses almost never got their big break. In 1986-87 MTV was just starting. GnRs manager sent in Welcome to the Jungle off their first album Appetite of Destruction. MTV said they didn't want that kind of music on the station. Either their manager or someone finally went to the head manager of their production crew. He got them one spot: Monday morning at 3am, dead zone for radio and tv shows. When they played Welcome to the Jungle the switchboard at MTV had 10,000 calls at all at once! It caught the switchboard on fire!! The rest is history. Also in Sweet Child of Mine after Slash's guitar solo Axl said I don't know where to go from here, so that became the lyrics.
Watching you warms my heart. You give this old guy hope for your generation. I love that music jumps the cultural and generational gap. Keep it up friend.
Your reaction to this song just made me so happy. Thank you so much for embracing new music. And if you haven’t done it yet , please react to Paradise City. And Happy Holidays to everyone ❣☮💜
Ohhhhh sweet baby Jesus yessssss Adogg!!!!!🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼 SLASH is sooo phenomenal!!!!! Forever will be my favorite guitarist. I’m ready for this lol. You’re gonna love this I know it. Please next check out Guns in Roses- welcome to the jungle!!!!!! Ohh and lead singer is Axl Rose 🤘🏼🙌🔥🔥🔥 I’m here for your journey to 100k and beyond!!! Let’s go Adogg🤘🏼
You make me feel vindicated!!!! My kids are always like how does your play list go from Beatles to Metallica, to Drake lol!!! Your awesome….being eclectic let’s you enjoy!!!!! Axel Rose Singer and Slash is the best
I’m glad you’re opening up to rock music. I just grew up listening to everything and had the advantage of being the youngest of 6 kids so my older siblings introduced me to greats from the 70s and 80s. I was born in 80 so I grew up on hip hop and metal. So when I see some reaction channels that don’t know some songs it’s strange to me.
Keep rocking, man, I was going in totally different directions musically during the rise of rap and hip hop, so I'm just beginning to explore it at 53. Like you, I'm on a helluva ride. But hey, better late than never!! 🥰💜💚💛✌️
Discover “Boston”. Please react to: Foreplay/Longtime. Boston’s debut album was one of the highest seller in history! Just so you know…You will be hearing just two people! The albums was recorded and produced in the basement of Tom Schultz. Tom plays every instrument and Brad Delp lends vocals that will blow you away!
So sad that most blacks have missed all this amazing music because of the rap culture.... that's why I love black reactions!!! Love seeing that musical birth!!! It's like reliving my youth in the 80s. I don't mean this as racist but it's the truth!! I'm so glad that UA-cam reactions had led the black community to experience this!! I love it!!!
Great, thanks!! Axl Rose also sang at the Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert in 1992. Performed "Bohemian Rhapsody" with Elton John! Slash, the guitarist, performed on "Tie Your Mother Down" at the same concert.
you've been reacting to some awesome bands...you should try the singer Meat Loaf (yes that is his stage name) he has some good classic rock like "objects in the rear view mirror" "I will do anything for love" "It's all coming back to me now" among others.
Since you’re just getting into rock music, there is one cardinal rule… NEVER pause during a guitar solo, even if it’s the fifth solo in the song. That being said, I love your reactions! ❤️❤️❤️
I was one of the lucky ones who was able to grown up w/this music also w/rap & Hip Hop like Eminem, Snoop, Dr Dre, & one of the best rappers ever to grace the stage & grace our ears w/his music, Tupac. Then we also had Poision, Metallica, Queen, & my all time favorite, the One & Only Bon Jovi. Although I did listen to all these different genres of music, I never really broke the bars down or really listened to th words until I started watching these reaction videos. Along w/listening to u, who I really enjoy watching cuz I luv the genuwine reaction when a younger reactor listens to a song or music from my era & can see the honest reaction on their face. There's only a few reactors I care to watch & of course u are 1 of them. Keep up the good work cause you are doing a good job.
Hi new viewer. I think the reason drummers get your attention is you’ve been listening to beats your whole life and now get watch people create them live. Keep it up man.
Sweet! 💝😁 Axel Rose is the singer. Welcome to the jungle, Paradise City and November rain are also great songs. The guy playing guitar with the top hat is Slash.
Look in a dictionary. Under the word "cool" is just says "Slash" Next up I'd highly recommend (as others have) Welcome to the Jungle. The title is about when he and a friend got off a bus in NY and a homeless man yelled at them, "You know where you are? You're in the jungle baby. You're gonna die!" They were very young and runaways
Good for you for expanding your musical tastes and exposing yourself to something other than what you’re used to. Cudos bruh. 👋👋. Rock music rocks. Just subscribed. Check out their song, Welcome to the Jungle. Another killer song. Also, check out a rock group called , Dire Straits and their song, Sultans of Swing. But make sure … make SURE… you react to the Alchemy Live performance.
The drummer would be Steven "popcorn" Adler, who was basically booted out of the band after their second album right before the release of their third, due to drug issues
Axl Rose on vocals- Slash on lead guitar. Legends!
thank you for spelling AXL's name right....so many people screw it up and it tees me off a little.....LOL

Axl Rose is a bad ass VOCALIST and Slash on lead guitar is a legend.
The best ever Axl Rose!!!
Welcome to the Jungle, Mr. Brownstone, Paradise City, November Rain. These guys are rock legends. Great reaction!
I definitely agree 🥰🥰
Truth. I remember how they dominated the scene in the very late 1980's to early 1990's. The very definition of Power Rock.
Amen!!!!
💋💋💋🍾❤️🔥💕❤️🔥💕✌🏽
Sim, é uma pena axl rose viver na sombra do seu passado glorioso mas pelo menos não abandonou tudo de lado e continuou (tenha sido isso bom ou ruim)

Listen to “welcome to the jungle”. One of their greatest hits.
Yes indeed! And "You Could Be Mine."
Meet Axl Rose (the voice) and Slash (the awesome big haired guitar player)🤘🔥😍
Welcome to the jungle is a good song by them. Actually the whole appetite for destruction album is bad ass.
In my opinion Appetite is the best album front to back.
To both of you: Yes. Yes, you are right.
Yep!!!
Yes! Literally one of the most badass albums I've EVER heard!
So glad you like them! Welcome to the Jungle.
Drums are the heartbeat of music. I always listen to them too
November Rain is my favourite song ever but they have so many good ones. Slash is also great with Velvet Revolver.
_favorite_
The little riffs and fills and work by Adler (drums) is always overlooked on this track
Axl Rose vocals and Slash on guitar 🎸. What more can you ask for. One of the best bands ever.
Lead singer Axl Rose actually has a wider vocal range than Mariah Carey 👀
He has the widest vocal range ever, im not even kidding
Is this true? I sorta believe it

Paradise City!! Got to be the next one or Welcome to the jungle!! That's an awesome one too
This song takes me back to sunny California
His vocal capability is fierce. Always a party anthem.
Appetite For Destruction is their BEST album. It was also their first album. Every single song is GREAT 👍👍👍
