Something bad happened on the day I was recording this with Mohammad Riaz, his younger brother (Mohammad Ishaq) was hospitalized due to liver issues and had lost a lot of blood. Just before coming to the studio, Riaz brother sent five of his relatives to the hospital to donate blood out of only 1 was allowed and the rest were rejected due to health issues. After this video, Riaz brother went there again with more possible donors. Just after a few hours he gave me the news that his brother was no more. We could never know what a person smiling, laughing like Mohammad Riaz in this video is going through and I have high respects for him for being here, to learn and educate at the same time. I had another session with him just this morning where he completely broke down and cried while talking about his brother. I really appreciate him being here on this channel and I think the same for Chacha Abdul as he is going through health issues himself. In fact he had chills and fevers after we finished recording this and had re-scheduled the next video two times as he wasn't able to be there. I know I've been told to add more participants but to me these all are more than just reactors and I've worked really hard on making them more sound about stuff specially music and art. I may have to start all over again with someone else so for now this is all I've got. This is what TRYBALS was and still is about.
Condolences to Mohammad Riaz on the loss of his brother. I wish good health for all at Trybals and hope Chacha Abdul recovers quickly from his illness.
Please give Mohammed our love and kind respect to him during this time of his loss. During Ramadan, it is even more difficult I could imagine as out of respect to a Pakistani friend, I am fasting too.
Or he's better at hiding it than most. Who could say? All i know is most people get more judgemental as they get older - no doubt as a result of more life experience.
@@sandercohen5543 Everyone is judgemental, it is in the grace you show and your willingness to challenge your judgements and be at peace with acceptance, that matters the most.
As a man who grew up in the Christian church it was common for Christian folk to judge this music as satanic. I'm amazed how open minded and insightful these men are towards the music.
I pity anyone who is brought up in such a narrow minded and closed household. That has nothing to do with real Christianity. I was fortunate to have been brought up in a home that taught good values and morals but my parents were always open-in allowing us to go to rock concerts and playing that music at home. I grew up in middle class suburban Australia and all,of my friends were brought up in the same way. We got to see AC/DC live with the great Bon Scott so many times in 1975 alone when they were first starting out, and as long as I went in a group my,parents were fine with that. And what a brilliant time for music it was!! Great memories with excellent rock!!
I love how all music bounces around the word. These gentlemen are finding things in a 36 year old rock song that remind them of music that they are familiar with. They are also comparing bandannas with their own headwear. It goes to show that we are all not that much different from each other no matter what country we live in. God Bless.
These three gentlemen are so amazing to see/watch their reactions. They never are judging, only reacting in the purest form. We all need to be like this.
My prayers go out to Riaz and his family. May his brother rest in peace. My prayers for Chacha as well. He is such a great person to learn from and appreciate. I hope he feels better soon. Adnan, you do a great job with this channel and however you feel you need to proceed I'm sure will work out. I believe it's enough that we're all learning different cultures and with this channel it's even more so. Thank you for showing us a peek into yours and look forward to seeing more reaction videos. 😎👍
I love the energy the man in the mustache puts out. He seems so genuine. And that guitar intro is so iconic that you know which song it is only after 1 or 2 of the first chords.
Your channel proves how small this planet we live on is and how we have more similarities than differences. My prayers are with the TRYBALS families. Much love and respect from NYC ❤
Abdul Aziz Rind Balloch is the elder that families need. He always seeks to understand and connect. So wise and loving. He would be an amazing life coach. 🙏 He's a great example of why we shouldn't judge and why our judgements are often wrong. We can only understand. "To a young mind, a gun at times feel like rose, when they hold it in hands" What a wisdom! That is why we all should listen to seniors who live among us. Wisdom and poety one time. Thank You Sir.
Man is truly built different. I was sure he was gonna say something like commenting on the dichotomy between the fragile beauty of the rose and the brute violence of the gun, but the man just straight out dropped that and honestly hats off. He's a poet through and through.

The man who pointed out the solo was very different than the intro is amazing - he's dead on! That's exactly how it happened, Slash wasn't the biggest fan of the intro and the song but was super happy to switch things up for the solo section (the backing track, chords etc). So perceptive.
I love these reactions so much.... These people have so much they can teach us and the fact that they keep an open mind when listening to new stuff.... I would love to know about them 😊
Fantastic video and reaction. I think this kind of rock music at the time it was familiar to have long hair and I can understand how these fine gentlemen would be confused hehe. But I found it satisfying that everyone here appreciated the quality of the music. Music really is universal, no matter what language the words are sung in because it is the emotion we feel the most.
Guns N' Roses got its name from two different bands the members were in. Hollywood Roses ( started by Axl Rose) and L.A. Guns ( started by Tracii Guns). They combined them into Guns N' Roses
Even though G&R made that video in 1987 it is good to remember the music was still the main focus of most bands at that time. I remember, I was 18 & Video hadn't quite killed the radio star yet.
This is a very amazing channel. I like seeing how different cultures interpret things differently. The people are interesting and always have interesting reactions.
It is very interesting to sea this performances/music watched by people from a different cultural Perspective and also from my own perspective, looking backwards. Sometimes I also had listened to the music once.
As a kid growing up in the 80s and listening to heavy metal, the name "Guns and Roses" often made me think of mafia movies where they leave a rose with the victim they've been assigned to take out during a hit.
Hi Adnan! I'm wondering if you know the song The Wreck of The Edmund Fitzgerald by Gordon Lightfoot. There is a video that has the breaking news, photographs and home movies of the ship and crew. It's incredibly moving, but maybe too many words to translate for the crew? If you decide to do music reactions yourself, this alternate video is POWERFUL and CHILLING. Deepest condolences to Mr Riaz. I’d love to see them react to Best of You by the Foo Fighters. It’s a very deep song that I think they’d appreciate and really dominated the radio for a while. It was a true cultural moment

I was in my teens in the 80s and it's still my favorite music era. Thanks for introducing these fine men to GnR and this song. Tell them that the "hair bands" of the day were all about the guitars, the hair and the clothes/boots. The guys were prettier and had better hair than us girls, sometimes, and they even used our hairspray and eyeliner - a lot! LOL Slash and Duff really had it goin' on! Please tell Abdul he has a good eye for flair and he was correct in that Axl's bandana was cultural, indeed!
I just listened to Ali Azmat/Hai Jazba Junoon. I can definitely understand how Muharam thought GnR sounds like that! Prayers to Mohammad and his family.
I love the guy in the blue shirt. He always goes with the music, sometimes try to sing. He is very sweet, and the very old man with the turban is a real pokerface but everything he analysed is always on point. This is a real wise man. I missed the girls this time, wonder what they would have said.

Axl Rose is the singer. He had a vocal range of 5-6 octaves. The audio on this may have been completed in one take, but in the video he is wearing different clothes.
Dear Sir, Mohammad Riaz, Before I read about the loss of your brother, I could see a serious, painful look in your eyes. Your heart knew what was to come. In reality, your soul and love was with your brother. I pray that Allah whispers in the ears of everyone that loved your brother, " Do not cry, he is with me." Thank you for sharing your life and opening many eyes.
Great videos about reactions to heavy metal/hard rock. I'm surprised how receptive, open-minded your guests are. It's also interesting the connections they find with their background as well as their reflections about the lyrics. Funny how they keep wondering whether these rockstars are female.
Have them react to the song freebird. If they heard in this river, they really gotta hear freebird. Edit: it was interesting hearing them comment on how surprisingly high axel's voice was, because axel rose has a very wide vocal range. He can sing very high but also very low too, and his natural speaking voice just sounds normal.
I would be interested in seeing them react to the acustic version of How's the Heart from Nightwish from Planet Rock. Or Run Away Train from Soul Asylum.
I would highly recommend having them listen to Bob Dylan. His voice is loved throughout the world and I think they will appreciate his voice and message. 'Mr. Tambourine Man' and 'The Times Are A Changin'' are two of my favorites of his.
It is nice to see Muharam so relaxed with a cat lounging right in front of him. The cat seems to be giving him extra attention. Perhaps he sensed Muharam's worry about his brother and sought to comfort him.
Fun fact: The "Where do we go?" lyrics originated from the band taking their producer's suggestion to add a breakdown to the end of the song. The band agreed but had to kind of make it up as they went. Partway through, Axl started asking "Where do we go? Where do we go now?" and the producer (Spencer Proffer) suggested he make those they lyrics 😄
“To a young mind, a gun feels like a rose when they hold it.” Wow, that is an amazing insight. I just thought the name was a play on juxtaposing warm and fragile beauty with cold brutality, but his insight was deeper. In the videogame Destiny, there was a gun named Rose that later became Thorn, which also speaks to this typology.
I have also lost my brother and i pray god sends him healing and love. May God comfort and send peace and comfort. It doesn't get better but you just get bye. You all are in our prayers
We all heard Abdul. GNR is better than ABBA, It's official. I saw someone suggest Gordon Lightfoot's The Wreck of The Edmund Fitzgerald and I being from the shores of Lake Superior would also like to witness their reaction to it. Peace/JT
i'm so glad tehy liked it! i didnt like Axl's voice as a kid, but as a grew older, listening to it when mom played music on the computer...it grew on me now im quite a big fan of them! fun fact: the lyrics "where do we go now" are becuasr the studio producer wanted more after the guitar solo. axl jokingly sang those lyrics, but there had no other ideas, so went with it!
Which i think is what Abdul Aziz is referring to when he mentions certain extended parts as being unnecessary! You can always feel that bit going on a little more than it needs to.
I absolutely loved this one. I would like to make a suggestion for a future non-music-related video. A reaction to a video titled "Burial At Sea of Soviet Submariners from Hughes Glomar Explorer - September 4, 1974"
14:15 - Love how cool and confident Abdul is with his answer to this question! Doesn't have to think about it for even a second. 👍 Also 15:32 - Abdul prefers GnR over ABBA. That blew my mind. In a good way! 🤯👍❤️ No disrespect for ABBA. But yeah, if I had to pick one... I'm with Abdul on this. LoL
I'm very sorry to hear that something happened to one of those gentlemen up there I don't know his name God bless him and sending prayers for him and his family but on that note I love Guns N Roses favorite band lead singer has such an amazing voice there's nobody can hold a candle to him his voice has such a range that due to not training he has suffered a lot of damage to his vocal cords so it's hard for him to hit those chords these days but thank you for your reaction you're awesome🤘🤘🤘

Awesome.
It is nice to see Muharam so relaxed with a cat lounging right in front of him. The cat seems to be giving him extra attention. Perhaps he sensed Muharam's worry about his brother and sought to comfort him.
“To a young mind, sometimes guns feel like roses when they hold it in [their] hand”
🤯
no entiendo mucho pero me encantan sus reacciones!
“To a young mind, a gun feels like a rose when they hold it.”
Wow, that is an amazing insight.
Peace/JT
i'm so glad tehy liked it! i didnt like Axl's voice as a kid, but as a grew older, listening to it when mom played music on the computer...it grew on me
now im quite a big fan of them! fun fact: the lyrics "where do we go now" are becuasr the studio producer wanted more after the guitar solo. axl jokingly sang those lyrics, but there had no other ideas, so went with it!
Love This!
I love these people
14:15 - Love how cool and confident Abdul is with his answer to this question!
Doesn't have to think about it for even a second. 👍
Also 15:32 - Abdul prefers GnR over ABBA.
That blew my mind.
In a good way! 🤯👍❤️
No disrespect for ABBA. But yeah, if I had to pick one... I'm with Abdul on this. LoL
Let's just all acknowledge that the cat is the true star here😊
EL AMOR ES LA FUERZA MÁS PODEROSA QUE EXISTE EN EL UNIVERSO INFINITO. CON RESPETO PUEDES LLEGAR A TODOS LADOS..❤
