Even if he was invited to camp you really think he would take getting cut lightly ? Fact is he’s just not better than the players invited. Joseph was hardly getting minutes on a crappy Golden state team.

Kyle can come back and play until he retires at 65 like Udonis Haslem did with Miami
Lowry is a solid vet to get back to help with these young guys he has the mentality we need these guys to pick up
Would love it if he finishes his career here with a full season than just a one night event. Would also be great for IQ and Scottie to learn from him.

The only way Corey can go is if he gets on the coaching staff. If my memory serves me right, there is limited roster spots, something like 12 roster spots. So we have to send our top players because US is sending their top players. Ain't no half stepping!
The thing is Joseph still thinks he’s one of our top players.
@mikeyjames That's why he should get a coaching assistant spot. He is not the best, but he did commit to the team when it wasn't popular

Yea, it needs to be more than just a farewell tour before he retires though and get his jersey retired. He could certainly teach Quickley how to take his defensive game to the next level though. Its important to note his production has fallen off a cliff, hes old, but he can still shoot(his attempts are down). He would be a servicable back up pg for 20 min a game. The team also needs more vets and why not the GROAT. Its better than going another season without a back up PG.
Kyle would be an amazing addition on a veterans contract. That's only if Garret Temple isn't resigned. I think he would make a GREAT bench coach to the guys!

Lowry is 38 years old. If he comes back it’s going to be in more of a players coach role. He isn’t the same play he was before.

nah lowry wants to try to win another chip for at least 2 years. after 2 years the raptors can pay lowry 6 million a year to be a player coach before he retires.

why take development time away from quick and barnes at the PG position? remove the nostalgia glasses and walk forward, not back. very excited about the upcoming season but i don't want to see kyle on the roster.
I don't think he would take development time from Quick and Barnes, but instead play the Temple role, teach the young guys how to improve but also could give the team some solid back-up PG minutes. They have no one off the bench to replace Quick and Barnes ball-handling.
It wouldn't...they need a rest during the game from time to time and Kyle's leadership and wisdom

That would be the biggest mistake ever I could stop watching the Raptors if he comes back😠 Nobody wants him. Miami doesn’t want them. Philadelphia doesn’t want them. He’s over the hill.
Lowry isn't coming back to play for a losing team - especially coming off of the bench. Most of his guys on the team that he had a strong relationship with - Siakam, FVV, OG have been traded away. Lowry is going to a contender as a back up pg.
I can see him coming back It’s not like he doesn’t already have a ring. If it was Chris Paul I would say that but it’s possible especially contenders aren’t reaching out to him. Also the raptors would over pay him just based on his history here.
@@mikeyjames Lowry doesn't want to waste his final year(s) in a potential depressing basketball environment. The 76ers are looking to re-sign him. And if not in Philly a few playoff level teams like Min, Mil, Bos, Den, Dal, Phx, OKC, would love to have Lowry as their backup pg for the vet minimum.
