It’s gone because he was getting death threats, no joke, and couldn’t go on with it. He talks about it during his stand up and I heard it recently myself while seeing him at Radio City.

In tears, Hasan is the future of late night. Jimmy was not at all prepared for where Hasan took the show and I hope it's not problematic for either of them because Jimmy looked a bit unsettled.
Jimmy actually knew lol. I know cause I was at Hasan’s show last week and he said he was trying to figure out with Jimmy what jokes from his tour to include cause he needed to keep it TV friendly… not sure how he landed on these jokes being the appropriate ones hahaha but I support🤣
jimmy’s personality is very bland to say the least. he’s used to doing those standard “small talk interviews”, never really brings anything interesting to the table.
I like how prepared Hasan comes into to entertain. For those who don’t know, everything he said was basically all planned. Gives a better show imo despite not an open interview
Hasan Minhaj is breathtaking! Haha! Seriously, his energy, passion, and intellect keeps you engaged. Rooting for his success!! This is the energy late night needs 🙌🏾🙌🏾
I feel like hosts get annoyed when their guests starts telling stories like it’s a greatest hits standup. Don’t get me wrong, I love Hasan, but I feel like that could be why jimmy was kind of off
@@oscararagon6648 idk, I only noticed he got really weird when he was talking about iuds. The rest he seemed like his normal self. But i get what you're saying

Jimmy was so uncomfortable that Hasan went "off script". But hey, I had a great laugh and was entertained. Jimmy can't really play off people energy when he's not friend with the celeb or a fan of the celeb. Also Hasan was funny but went real deep and honest here. Im listenning to Justin Baldoni "man enough" podcast and they talk about how men don't really have friends
Jimmy looking over at his censor practically every time Hasan talked is pure gold, also, Hasan killed this appearance, Jimmy wasn't even necessary... Can we just get Hassan to host the Tonight Show? I mean that or Seth Meyers and let Amber Ruffin take over late night... Jimmy is funny, he is a pretty good host as well... but he just isn't top shelf anymore, middle shelf maybe.
This really feels like the Carson days of The Tonight Show. The guest comes on and gives us a reason to watch them-Hassan was such a presence and I honestly didn’t even know of him before this! Love this
Honestly, the only thing Jimmy did somewhat right in this interview was pronounce Hasan's name correctly. He was so embarrassed by everything Hasan said-and it was gold! When is he going to realize that the Tonight Show is not supposed to be rated PG?
Brilliant!! Loved the reaction from jimmy just being swept up by the heavy current that is Hasan it’s hilarious to watch,, his facial expression says dude you’re going off script
He did these jokes in Champaign 2 days ago and OML WE WERE DYING! Hasan literally tried these joke and for some jokes, he said, “I can’t do this to Jimmy” 😂😂😂
It's still a problem, but this is why the emerging culture of positive and emotional masculinity in contrast to a lot of more toxic aspects of masculinity is so great. A majority of adult men not having friends is an actual issue that is being studied. Outside of men having hobbies like gaming and fandom, the older men get there seems to be a difficulty making deeper connections. And part of that is just that a lot of the emotional work of maintaining a friendship outside of structures like schools, sports teams, etc wasn't encouraged in men a decade, two decades, etc ago. So you get the phenomenon of married hetero men being friends with their wives' friends, etc. But I am seeing a shift. Younger dudes around milennial and Gen Z ages are a lot more open and emotionally available and put in the emotional work to maintain friendships, because there's not as much of a stigma anymore. And a few groups of older men here and there are making active attempts to undo the kind of weird lonely stoicism they grew up with that was touted as self-sustainability but in practice just ends up being dependence on people like their wives and families. Definitely hope this trend towards more healthy, communal male relationships keeps going up.
Jimmy was SOOOO unprepared for this.
His mind was like "nooo, don't talk about *that* right now" - for at least 5 times in that clip.
I know Jimmy misses beats every now and then, but wow, he was a deer in headlights all over this 🤦🏻♂️
Hasan Minhaj turned an interview into a stand-up performance, that's how talented he is !
No, he's a comedian. That's the go to thing for him...
My words ! And to see jimmy kinda uncomfortable (even though he knew what was coming) was hilarious for itself 😆😂

He does this every single time.
It was nice to see Jimmy in Hassan’s show😂
When comedians come on a show. The host is supposed to let them talk. Watch wanda Sykes or Amy schumer. Etc.
I know right. He should have his own show 👍🥳

lol for sure. That was hilarious. Jimmy was very uncomfortable.

Please get Hasan his show back. He needs to talk with people outside of him family. Deep Cuts could be a standalone show.
