This cake looks great! Question, you have unsalted butter in the cake but the other part you need butter you dont say unsalted. Do I use regular butter for the cookie dough balls?
You could really use either, honestly. The butter is the same either way, the salted butter just has some salt in it. I personally think salt is good for adding flavor, but you won't really notice in the cookie dough.

1 cup (225g) packed light brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup (130g) all purpose flour, heat treated

6 (690g) cups powdered sugar
3-6 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 - 2 cups mini chocolate chips
Why dont you measure the quantity? Without that i think the cake is pretty much useless.
