    Thanks for this receipe you saved my daughter birthday . I was making a cake for her birthday a day before which was a disaster so i searchedup tons of videos on easy chocolate cake and thats how i came across you channel. I made a cake using your recipe the same day of her birthday and all the guest loved it and said it was better than any store bought cakes.

    Can you clarify the heavy whipping cream instructions? It says use 1 1/4 c hwc and powder sugar and mix until stiff peak. Then add 1/4 of the mixture to the chocolate mousse and 1/4 to the frosting mixture. But for the whip cream mixture it has its own sets of ingredients such as the 2 1/2C hwc, 3/4 c powder sugar, and chocolate chips? But on the blog it didn’t have any rulea mixing the 2 1/2 whipping cream for the frosting mixture? Did u combine all the hwc and powder sugar and made it altogether and divide it?

    i dont have a cake collar , so if i am to pour the mousse over the cake the mousse wont be stable as without the collar i cant refrigerate the mousse so can you tell me how i can layer the cake then ?
