That's only be default. There is no other vehicle this size even trying. The other large performance SUVs, GLS63, XB7 Aplina all beat this thing in performance easily.
I feel you, I have an 2006 QX56 and 2021 QX80. This one is the by far the best SUV on the market. I am debating now to sell my 2021 for a black Cadillac Escalade V
To be honest the Escalade V should have been produced a long time ago in my opinion but this looks good thanks Joe and Steven for the review, camera work and on throttle action!
That mileage trip imagine spending $50 in fuel and you don’t even get 100 miles out of it 😅 aside from that it’s an immaculate car inside and out. Lives up to its name forsure. Can’t wait till you are able to do a full review on the new EQ.
Hey Raiti’s Rides, love the review, but recently there have been a lot of up and down camera jitters when moving around the vehicle and especially when entering the passenger seats. I think you can fix it in software if it was caused by the gimbal, and it will definitely improve the viewing experience. Cheers
I've loved the various evolutions of the Escalade for years. Everything about this beast is attractive to me... except the gas mileage. If you live here in California, it will cost you a small fortune to gas this up since the nationwide gas stations are charging $6+/gal for premium. However, I suspect that most Escalade V owners don't worry about those kinds of things, or do they?
My neighbor here In California owns one of these, along with an AMG G 63 for the wife - to take the young daughters to private school - and a AMG S 63 for good measure, there is a whole lotta gas guzzling going on and rumbling of V8’s regardless of the ride chosen. He owns a small military airline and a ‘60 yacht, definitely NOT worried about gas prices lol. Funny thing is he barely has a one car carport and no driveway or garage.
One thing people don't realize about OLED is that it suffers from burn-in. So in 10 years that screen will have some ghosting. Regular LED may not be as bright, but it does outlast OLED. A gigantic monster car, and the self-driving software at the moment is the best available. The ability to cruise down the freeway without keeping your hands on the wheel would be very nice. An absolute monster vehicle.
Love this one except for the interior where the seats should have had some creative stitching like for that red color should have come with red stitching. But overall beautiful and fast. Thanks Joe for your presentation. Love your channel.
Hello, my son is a engineer with GM, and he has one of these for the next two weeks, he brought one of these beasts home this weekend, My oooh my what a machine! in V mode this truck is awesome. you just can't keep from pushing the throttle, I have a 21 Denali and when I drove home my 6.2 seamed like a v6..LOL. I have to say it's a wonderful truck, I tried the super cruise, love it!, but I have to say it's a stretch to see the price the dealers are asking at $170K
That Escalade V is no joke will smoke nearly anything out there, while doing so in Cadillac luxury, however a zonk for no heat extractor(s) on the hood. That seat cushion pattern is the same you find on an Equinox, though much more luxurious.
There is the Escalade and then there are "all the other ones". If I were a rich man or lottery winner I'd be all over this beautiful vehicle. USA.... Thanks Joe and Steven.
🇺🇸 *LOVE this NEW RED Escalade V* !! *Too much gloss black* !! *GLAD for real buttons on the dash* !! *FAB to get so many horses and torque* !! *GREAT content Joe and Steven* !! #RaitisRides 🇺🇸
whats with everyone wanting black???? it started with a punk kid painting the emblems of daddys vehicle black spray paint cause dad didnt give him 20 dollars. so if someone puts a bag over their face, the whole block will come bagged.
A 2-door Escalade V would be awesome. Like the old Tahoe Limited but brought into the '20s. I don't need a Suburban, but this but smaller could be something.
nah, this much power in a tall and short wheelbase suv would be dangerous. That's why most of the reviewers said the Defender 90 V8 is fun once, but they wouldn't buy it, it just feels proper unsafe in corners and while flooring it.
@andyb9664 Yes! I have a 2015 Yukon Denali and just took delivery on our new *V*... HUGE difference in cornering @ 60. Childs play in the Yukon... Grandma's casserole still sitting centered on the seat. In the *V* it's against the side wall, like a teen at the fair riding the Gravitron! It sure has taken some getting used to... but it's SUPER fun too. That SNAP! CRACKLE! 'n POP! @ take off and slow down... 😁IS. EVERYTHING.!!!
Joe, Steven, you brought another great video as always. I have one question for you, however: is the ESV wheelbase worth the extra money for the increased space?
Holy crap Raiti's rides...how can a $150k vehicle not have ventilated rear seats, security shades, and electric assist rear seats? GM just can't quite do it right...ever!
@@DOORBELLBOY11not 100% sure what you mean... but both the middle AND rear seats, can be folded flat... not only from the cargo area... but also in the overhead console at the front.
@@normanli7085ALL of the seats have head restraints... they fold down automatically when the seat folds. Then you have to manually flip them back up, when the seat goes back to the upright position.
Nice ride!! Kinda wonder how all that technology is going to age in 10 years.. kinda makes me think they shoulda put classy analog guages for the business end..
Nice. A question I have been struggling to find the answer to, maybe you know the answer? It's more about the regular Escalade Sport Platinum than the Escalade V, but could apply to both: The GMC Yukon Denali and Yukon AT4 both advertise having "Active Response 4 wheel drive", while the Escalade does not advertise having that, though all do or can have 2H, 4H, 4L and Auto, But since they are all GM, and the same base vehicle, do you know, does the Escalade have that same active response 4 wheel drive functionality/capability but perhaps just doesn't call it that due to being Cadillac and not GMC? And if not, might that cause the Escalade to not handle the bad snowstorms quite as well? Thanks.
bonjour magnifique vidéo de présentation de ce véhicule. ce véhicule est vraiment superbe avec de la puissance du confort tous en étant en sécurité merci de se partage cordialement
Even though you did an Escalade V review b4 I clicked on this so fast like it was a debut 😂😂😂.... I think it's safe to say I'll never get to ride this BULL, but boy, I enjoy how Joe goes on throttle!!! Makes it fun through the phone for everybody watching!
The stock Navigator does 0-60 in 5.3 secs thanks to the Raptor variant of the EcoBoost TT. Nothing to sneeze at! Not to mention, the Nav gets 22 MPG on the HWY and makes the Escalade V weep salty jealous tears.
Best part is.. wait till the battery dies and you have to go to a dealership to replace it... oh and wait until the LED dash dies.. and its out of warranty and you contemplate totaling the car vs paying the thousands to replace it.. and for $150k.. a monotone interior... right....... Love GM performance...
Things I didn't know I needed: A supercharged full size SUV. This Escalade-V is a masterpiece.
They are so much fun!
The performance is unmatched with any vehicle of this size. The torque is ridiculous, what a beast🔥
