First dude your mic and audio or screwed second usually when someone says the best it turns out lame but this build is nice never thought of using the weapon racks as wall. But fix your mic dude.

More stuff becomes available as you progress through the game. Some things only become available through DLC. You are limited on stuff at Homeplate. There's nothing in the build you won't find in the base game.
Sorry. Did you mean building so much? If so, yes, I have used the dropping guns workaround for this, but I don't think that counts as a mod. Any big build is gonna bust the standard build limits which are set low.
Rafaela braga for the downstairs just start at the top on the wall that is available and work down. For upstairs place a container/wardrobe/bookcase, then build the racks into a wall off of the back or side of the container then delete the container.

I like how you've made false walls using the armour racks, plus floor to ceiling of guns is epic.

@mairirose5843 It was a looong time ago but if I remember it's just light boxes from the miscellaneous power section, with some wooden shelves.
No mods used. Might have used a few rugs.

How you do all of that? I mean the lights, all the objects, sorry i just started playing but my workbench doesnt allow me to build all of that
