2.5 weeks ago my jean shorts were too tight. Now they're comfortable again. This is one of the workouts I had in my rotation. My waist is slimmer and so is my gut and my legs. The scale hasn't changed much but my clothes tell another story.

Harshel Kaveri, I did it for around two weeks. I Did only this workout, not on any strict diet. But I reduced the amount of rice during lunch hours and substituted oats porridge instead of rice for dinner, but didn't change any side dishes. I reduced the amount of sugar to certain extent. I really like this workout! I was sweaty and heart rate was elvated. Ive been doing the 7 minute ones so this was a little longer but I feel like I have a bit more energy after this. Ive noticed recently that im losing weight all over and my muscles are not getting bulky. I like to alternate 2 exercises in a minute because it helps my brain wake up in the morning.

Only just done this now as 4 hours sleep and feeling down today. Collected my 9 year old who confirmed it was a better idea to exercise then have a bath. Love his support. He also loved tomatoes on brown toast for lunch today just like mum. Thank you again 🙏🏻🥰

I really like this workout! I was sweaty and heart rate was elvated. Ive been doing the 7 minute ones so this was a little longer but I feel like I have a bit more energy after this. Ive noticed recently that im losing weight all over and my muscles are not getting bulky. I like to alternate 2 exercises in a minute because it helps my brain wake up in the morning.
