This is definitely something i need.
I have a powerful stride due to being quad-dominant. In other words, i generate most of my speed off my quadriceps. But i need to get faster because my stride can only do so much.

Are resistant bands the best way to build speed or this?
Both are excellent for building speed
But I personally would say plyo box is slightly better

Hey Ben, should speed/strength drills be introduced for 10 year olds?
Hi Michael! They can definitely work on those attributes but before the ages of 16 always make sure they are only ever lifting their own body weight, no weights or extra resistance but jumping, climbing, hopping etc all great things to be doing

You can pick and choose the exercises that will work best for what you are trying to improve

Pretty much all over them to! Just different aspects such as agility, spring, vertical jump. The whole workout can help you develop explosiveness!

2-3 times a week!
I don't get it. You show like 10 x 3 for the right side. Should you do 10 x 3 for the right and then 3 x 10 for the left or 15 left 15 right? Thanks
