  • Hi everyone! 🙋🏻‍♀️❤️
Today is another beautiful day in Seoul! We start our day walking around Seokchon Lake as we often do. It’s right next to Lotte World Mall, and is an awesome way to get our walking in, so that we can eat more. 🤣
For lunch, we try this insanely delicious unagi don at a restaurant called Haemok. For those of you who don’t know this about me, I spend houuuurrrssss and hours looking through blogs, reviews, etc to find the BEST restaurants in Korea. Haemok bubbled up to the top of the list.
And omg, this restaurant exceeded my expectations!!! I was shocked at how delicious the grilled eel bowl was. I’ve never had any eel bowl quite like it. The texture is slightly chewy- in the most amazing way possible and the flavor- well, it’s mind blowing.
Highly recommend trying the unagi don at this restaurant.
After, just a recap of the day. It’s Sunday so we went to an English speaking Christian church called King’s Cross Church, very close to Olympic Park. Highly recommend for those looking for an English speaking service, and really kind welcoming community.
And then we ended our day back at Seokchon Lake where they were hosting an art festival full of local artists, food trucks, and fun booths. I would recommend walking around this area on the weekend, b/c a lot of times there is an event going on.
Anyway, just thank you everyone for your support! Today was an incredible day, and I thank you all for joining us! ❤️ Hope it provides some inspo for your next Korea trip. I’ll drop the locations below. :)
Please, like and subscribe if you haven’t already. Thank you so much. 🙏🏻❤️
