Best Restaurant in Korea | Sushi Set

- Hey it’s TOKKI and it’s a beautful day in Seoul! 🤍
Today, we are in Hongdae area, exploring the famous college district. But our main motivation is to try out this hidden gem 10 min walking distance from the main Hongdae Street that serves a PREMIUM SUSHI set for only $16!!!
The restaurant is called Sushi Jihyun. 스시지현
Before I travel, I do a ton of research for the absolute best places to eat, and this one popped up to the top of the list. And trust me, Sushi Jihyun did not disappoint. In fact, it blew my mind with how truly delicious, high quality, and perfectly executed it was!
This restaurant gets packed, and to avoid waiting in line, I would recommend arriving at 15-30 min before they open. When I went, they opened at 11:30AM.
Now about the food. Highly recommend Set C! It’s such a great price for mindblowingly tasty sushi. The fish is so fresh and melts in your mouth. And the sushi rice… I could eat that in a giant bowl plain by itself. SOOOO GOOOOD!!!
Every bite was perfection. And I fell in love.
I highly highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you are visiting Korea! Lmk if you get to try it!
PS the cafe at the beginning of the video is probably the best coffee / drinks, etc we’ve had in Korea. If you are a fancy coffee drinker, this is where you should go.
Oh and of course, I’m sure I don’t need to convince you that Hongdae Street is a must visit. If anything I would recommend visiting at night when there are more performers singing and dancing. They are really talented.

Yes! Agreed, Sushi in Korea is another level. Great quality and affordable. If you visit Korea, highly recommend visiting the specific restaurants in my videos. I did a lot of research to find the best and they did not disappoint. 🥹✨

For sure! I look up on Naver, for 맛집 and read there. The Korea Michelin Guide also highlights some great choices, and there are affordable restaurants on the guide :)
