Outrageous, the church demanded that he be chaperoned for the safety of others, yet they made it possible for him to move amongst the general public, knowing we would be oblivious to the threat he posed. Three people's lives completely ruined. There needs to be consequences for this willful negligence.
If the Judge knew that he lied, then he is responsible for what happened. Will the Judge be found guilty?

You are factually incorrect, the judge could only deal with facts not what he thinks or what his instinct tells him. The church was clear that he was a converted Christian therefore couldn’t return an apostate to be killed. The fault here is the Church & the Home Office.
@@edhynes1701 Yes but the church is gulllible an negligent and riddled with optimism bias. They judge should never have allowed that to over rule the fact, which he wa svery well aware of, that Ezedi lied on his application. Thats an offence and clear grounds to deny the asylum application.

Not the fault of the judge he cannot return an apostate regardless of what he thinks. The fault is with the Home Office & the Church.

Look at the facts, the judge knew he had lied about some issues but he cannot return an apostate to be killed in his home country not that the ever go back. The fault he clearly lies with the Church & the Home Office process.
Listening to this, and cases like it, I find it hard not to believe that this is subversion, not incompetence.

Showing acceptance or swift forgiveness after being lied to only leads to more lying, particularly if the liar got what they wanted in the end (like entry to the UK as in this case).
The UK needs to repel all liars and send a solid message to all foreigners that if you lie on your asylum or immigration request it will be immediately denied with no appeal process.

This is what needs to stop finished full stop. The judge is criminal themselves. The people encouraging him to apply for asylum need to be outed and we need to ask Labour what they intended to do about this sort of asylum seeker. We need to protect our people first and foremost anything less goes against our rights. The asylum seekers rights should come second to our childrens, our vulnerable peoples rights. Can we get some sanity in this country for Gods sake.

It must be an offence, surely? They just cherry-pick when they want to enforce the law now. There's too much discretion allowed and too many judges, police and other public officials with lousy judgement who need to go and find another job because they do more harm than good.
this story proves my point that religion doesn't make people more moral, and a claim of a criminal to have converted to a religion, any religion, is in no way a guarantee they have reformed
Same problem in Sweden! Some "convert" to Christianity - and make it public to avoid being sent back home because Islam doesn't allow converts (out of Islam). Or some turn gay and make that public to avoid being sent back home because Islam doesn't allow homosexuality.
Last fad is, if you can't get your Swedish driver's license because you can't drive a friggin' car fer the love of G...!) OR the police revokes your licens because of speeding, DUI or some-such... You take a trip to Romania because they allow you to trade in a non-EU driver's licence to a Romanian one. If you LIVE in Romania. Which, of course, you don't! But the gangs that organise the scam arranges an address for you. Then you get your Romanian licens and can come back to Sweden to drive happily again. AND trade the Romanian license for a new, Swedish one.
Worst case of all was this bloke who traded his Egyptian license to one that also allows him to drive heavy trucks and buses!!! G help us all with him behind the wheel! Now, to be hired to drive heavy trucks and buses, you also need proof of proficiency - a document that has to be regularly renewed - but the shady employer or contractor might just forget about that little detail.
Romania, by the way, must be a fantastic country! A few years ago, not that few people of Middle Eastern origin working in health care as nurses based on proclaimed medical education in Romania, and hence accepted in Sweden, were found out to have BOUGHT their Romanian exams! Not that they had attended and failed! They hadn't attended any classes at all! I don't even think the college had ever registered them. Still, they got their legit documents and brought them to Sweden.
Unbelievable.
