I recently started my fitness journey. Starting out strong with a 30 day commitment goal of 1 hour min per day for 30. No off days. I loved it so much I am coming up to my 50th day in a row with minimum 1 hour a day but have been averaging 2 since I have some time as this is my slower time of year. I recently found your channel when researching different workouts to incorporate into my routine. I have done 3 of your videos and I must say I'm glad I found you after I got my body more used to working in this way. While I am still working on form and flow I found I am able to get through an entire workout video with you. It's challenging, interesting and fun. Thank you for what you do. I look forward to testing my body further while working and perfecting my form and motion so that I may move as beautifully as I see you. I'm a work in progress.

Don't be fooled by how gracefully she moves guys, this is not a light exercise at all... Haha I've never done barre before but your thorough explanation helps to keep the right form and get the most out of the workout. Thank you so much!
Always a thorough workout. Some of the moves are so tough, but the pacing is good and the transitions are well planned. Coach Kel also provides great instruction and demonstrates the positions from various angles which I find helpful.

I've done many workouts through the years, this is the hardest type for me and my shorter, heavier legs compared to the rest of my body. But hey, this is what I need to get those legs more flexible. Thanks for this, it's intense, but also graceful.
