    My knees hurt when on stairs. My doctor recommended hamstring stretches. The pain went away after a couple days of doing these stretches. It was amazing results.

    I can walk with less pain after doing these exercises. It makes sense that we should relax, stretch, loosen our muscles and then strengthen it in order to alleviate pain in our knees. Thank you.

    Low visioner here, so I cannot read your book, however in gratitude to Will Harlow I have sent a copy of it to a friend of mine who might be able to use it as a reference book in his office. He is a chiropractor. Thank you for the videos, and if anyone else shares this minor problem of low vision, you may think of doin the same. God bless.

    Would love your book to be turned into a video as I find following by visually copying exercises very helpful where as trying to do exercises by reading & seeing picture has never worked for me. Your description, demonstration & explainations are excellent. Thank you

    I can feel a very tight ligament on the outside of my right knee. I do the leg-to-side each time before I use my 12 stairs and it is working. Thanks so much.

    I follow this doctor's advice and my knee and leg issues have vastly improved. He knows what his talking about I wish I knew this year's ago thanks doc.

    I have pseudogout in my right knee and is quite painful. Please let me know what exercise to do to manage the pain and how to prevent further flares ups.

    Are these good for a meniscus tear. I believe the calf and glute one are. The first one causes some pain but not terrible.

      I do feel the same as I am suffering from chrondomalacia patella Grade IV. Hence, it may not suit, I guess.

    I fell flat on my face recently and in the road! I landed on the top of my knees which are still swollen? My right knee is now creaking and painful.

    My first time on here, you were a HUGE help with my right leg , it would hurt , every time I would stand up .
    So in that video , you explained it and I did exactly what you said , and I am so thankful for your help .
    I have several issues with my body and it becomes overwhelming , doing exercises daily for an hour or more .
    Thank you for everything you have done on your channel . The comment below is my biggest issue out of all this.

    *Both of my hips aren't activated , but my right hip is the worse*
    And I have "Waddle Gait " where I walk like a penguin . You could call it Trendelenburg Gait .
    And my Right Hip is Weak and maybe from the Glutes. My left foot is shorter .
    I am looking for exercises to do , try and fix it or help it . *Don't worry about me, I always visit my Doctors*

    Doc i have bone on bone! I dont have the money to do surgery now it cost a lot in my country! So i have to wait on the hospital to call me!
    And the list is long!
    In the mean time.could u help me with some excersises! I am in a lot of pain right now 😢😢

    People should take a look at an american guy called Ben Patrick.Both his knees were shot at age 18.He started an exercise method called Knees over toes where he started exercising backwards.At least 50% of all his exercise is backwards.His knees are now so strong he has started playing baskedball to a high standard.Physios and training coaches now come to him to learn.Knee injuries are becoming rare with his method.

    After broken hip, my knee wants to veer out to the right when trying to use my exercise bike any exercises to correct that, op was six months ago, implant in place.

    What fixed my severe knee pain when walking was to NOT elevate my legs when sitting in my lounge chair. Just let them hang almost vertical. It fixed my problem 100%.

      So true, I’ve kept a log over the years and the one fix was always watching posture when sitting…feet flat on floor , no dangling or elevation!

    Good morning...! Excellent video for knee pain when waking , I must try these leg exercises ,before walking around. I am interested on leg/knee stretches for :BAKER'S CYST. I saw your first video that talk about the causes of Bakers cyst, a ball of liquid behind the knee. I had it 2 years ago, and suffered with it for long time finally after 1 year disappeared. I want to keep it at bay Do you have any other video that show how to excersice to aliviate the pain caused by Bakers's cyst?
    Your help will be appreciated.

    WTF all my sharp pain gone as of finishing these exercise i.e few mins after the exercise. i dont know if it will comeback or not anyways thanks 🙌

      Wow. 24 hrs since the pain gone, it's totally fine i didn't even feel any discomfort though i didnt do much outdoor work but really pain is gone. Thank you for this. 🙌
