I can walk with less pain after doing these exercises. It makes sense that we should relax, stretch, loosen our muscles and then strengthen it in order to alleviate pain in our knees. Thank you.
I follow this doctor's advice and my knee and leg issues have vastly improved. He knows what his talking about I wish I knew this year's ago thanks doc.
My knees hurt when on stairs. My doctor recommended hamstring stretches. The pain went away after a couple days of doing these stretches. It was amazing results.
I can feel a very tight ligament on the outside of my right knee. I do the leg-to-side each time before I use my 12 stairs and it is working. Thanks so much.

What fixed my severe knee pain when walking was to NOT elevate my legs when sitting in my lounge chair. Just let them hang almost vertical. It fixed my problem 100%.

And my Right Hip is Weak and maybe from the Glutes. My left foot is shorter . I am looking for exercises to do , try and fix it or help it . *Don't worry about me, I always visit my Doctors*
People should take a look at an american guy called Ben Patrick.Both his knees were shot at age 18.He started an exercise method called Knees over toes where he started exercising backwards.At least 50% of all his exercise is backwards.His knees are now so strong he has started playing baskedball to a high standard.Physios and training coaches now come to him to learn.Knee injuries are becoming rare with his method.
After broken hip, my knee wants to veer out to the right when trying to use my exercise bike any exercises to correct that, op was six months ago, implant in place.

I saw your first video that talk about the causes of Bakers cyst, a ball of liquid behind the knee. I had it 2 years ago, and suffered with it for long time finally after 1 year disappeared. 2:48am. I have the worse case of Osteoarthritis and my knees are bone on bone, so when I am walking my knees pop a lot which is very painful. I have been so nervous to bend my knees when I walk, because I am afraid it’s going to pop. My Doctor wanted to do the gel injections, but medicare doesn’t cover it and I am not able to have surgery right now. What are the best exercises to do, to help limit the popping. Thanks.

Are these good for a meniscus tear. I believe the calf and glute one are. The first one causes some pain but not terrible.

I started elevating my legs against the wall and the next day my knee started hurting.
So true, I’ve kept a log over the years and the one fix was always watching posture when sitting…feet flat on floor , no dangling or elevation!
