I believe that Patri killed the elves or was tricked or used to do so because his magic spell with which he attacked the Clover citizens and by that tricked and killed the wizard king is same shape and look as one used in flesh back of elves where they were all killed. This is just my theory but who knows.

@@noukan42 also possible,but in the beginning of series you can see the first Wizard king (light user) with a grim of saddness/disappointment on his face's expresion so I have a daught that he killed the elves but over all the explanation I wrote about Patri is just a theory until proven differently from reliable,legitimate source

I'm calling it. The "demon" that attacked the city is actually licht who went apeshit and the first wizard king is the human who initiated the killing of the elves and stole Licht's light magic, which is the magic he THEN used to kill the demon licht. I've been saying that (having that feeling) ever since I saw licht use light magic. The magic they use is so rare bcuz only elves had enough mana to use them well and not be drained.
