      He’s done way more for us than the docs ever did. He doesn’t make money off of keeping us ill in some twisted business model. I RUN from whitecoats. Indoctrinated madmen is what they are, they know absolutely nothing about actual health & nutrition. They are drug dealers & sawbone psychopaths
      Berg has proven himself repeatedly, & actually cares. He’s saved millions, that’s why his channel is so huge

    I have a friend who is diabetic You are 100% correct - the Dr's treat the symptoms, so he can have McD's "smoothies", and other things that I have told him - NO!!!, but so many people want to eat what they like, rather than eating really well, then going out and getting the thing they like - once in a while. Thank you for taking the time again!

    I spoke to an elderly woman about feet back in my early 20's. Her feet were so bad from uncomfortable shoes and arthritis. She practically yelled at me to always wear comfortable shoes and give up high heels. That convo sticks with me 20 years later. Take care of your body, especially your feet

    He is 100% right ever since I was a child I had bad foot pain at bottom of feet felt like an extremely painful feeling right in the arch of my foot. This happened whenever I ate cereal with a lot of sugar but as a child i never knew this continues through my life I also got feelings where my toes would constantly cramp up bending by themselves and causing pain whenever I ate sugar. Whenever I take magnesium the foot cramps wouldn’t happen and when I take B complex and the nerve support with Benfotamine the problem was finally over.

    Bless You! There a lot of information here that I needed. Doctors are butchers! How is butchery symptom management? They get paid a lot, to accomplish nothing!
    People really need these insights!
    I fell into a sugar binge when I wasn’t satisfied with my meal. Preparing more red meat was time consuming and out of my wheel house and I fell hard for a moment. But too much sugar gave me a cramp one night like I’ve never felt before. It was like someone was twisting every bone in my foot! I did not sleep that night! I’ve returned to nuts (without germination at this time) like I had been doing in the past, and my joints are relaxed and rubbery again, and I feel good all over. You’ve mentioned Phytase in the past, maybe nuts don’t hurt me. Otherwise, _I associate sugar with pain now._
    Pain is the best teacher.
    All of your work is appreciated.
    Thank you, always!

    This explains why blood test says I'm lacking in magnesium, which frankly astonished me. I had been taking marine magnesium, switched to citrate, then following your advice to GLYCINATE. But only the recommended one tablet which contains:
    Magnesium GLYCINATE 500mg
    providing Magnesium 100mg.
    Doctors couldn't explain it, but you have.
    Meanwhile they've told me to take 3 months of "mag 2, 122mg" twice a day. It also says they are "ampoules" (I live in France) glass vials (I have to snap off both ends!!) of 10 ml of drinkable solution. But it doesn't specify what type of variety it is!! Should I continue to take my GLYCINATE but take 6 instead of 1? (Any danger?)
    Very many thanks!!

    What would be a good natural treatment for osteomelyties- bone infection?

    • @joyinthemorning44
      @joyinthemorning44 6 годин тому

      You need massive antibiotics under the care of an infectious disease dr. Natural remedies take too long. By the time you have osteomyelitis, your life is in danger as well as the bone affected. Trust me on this. My family is dealing with this right now. It is a nightmare. We could have helped things natually ten years ago had we known. Now it is a mad, horrifyingly expensive and painful race to save life and limb. Frankly, most Drs already wrote the patient off, but we found two that are different, working as a team to help. Pay attention to this video folks. All of these symptoms were there due to uncontrolled diabetes, we just didn't know what we were looking at. Our keto meals and supplements are great, but they are literally too little too late. Do it now, don't wait even one day to attack and fix sugar, diet and deficiency problems. Not. Even. One. Day.

    You should do more on peripheral neuropathy. It's a black box to many.

    Dr berg, is it ok to take vitamind D twice daily, by splitting it in the morning, and then also taking again at night? Or is it best to take once a day at same time either morning or night?

    • @Drberg
      @Drberg  47 хвилин тому

      The recommendation is to take it with a fatty meal, which could be lunch or dinner. Also it is suggested the vitamin D3 with K2 as a combo.
