I love this stuff guys. I’m not a Marine or have served in the military but my son is currently a Marine stationed in Yuma. He’s coming up on a year now. I’ve been watching for a few months now and have learned a lot. Keep on rocking guys.
It's been 11 years since I separated, and I really enjoy your content. Keep up the great work-it's incredible to see that you're making an even bigger impact outside the military than within its leadership ranks. I'm on the entrepreneurial path myself and deeply respect the time and effort you both put into being successful and fulfilling your purpose.
The Marine Corps of today is more active in pursuing new technologies and modernization than it ever has been before. It's a great time to be a Marine.
PME in res for Marines getting out is a waste of time for both parties involved. Had to do mine last 6 months and it was just another obstacle for the EAS process.
I see A.I. happening in the depot maintenance levels. You will do away with most civilian and Marines at those locations. But I don't see it happening in the battalion and squadron levels completely it's just to much money involve to do that. You didn't mention pilots but I feel that will a major change. Manpower will be affected. Think about the billions of dollars it will save not only DOD but the VA. To the SgtMaj and Gunny's point you guy know that folks dealing with change is not easily accepted, It's just the nature of the beast. As for Officers, SNCO's and NCO's your comments do effect how some of them react. You guys are great but I think no one wants to be call out in a indirect way. Now if the shoe fits and that Officers, SNCO's and NCO's is not doing the right thing then they are guilty as charged. But for those Officers, SNCO's and NCO's that are doing the right thing and hold the line. Your words have meaning especially to the younger Marines that are going to judge good Officers, SNCO's and NCO's in general and that's not good for morale and discipline. Just my taught. Gunny C 82-2002. Keep up the great work.
