    Your appetite will increase once you force yourself to eat more when you dont feel like eating but its a meal time :) just normal eating but not skipping meals. ❤

      Definitely agree with this!! I had so much trouble eating even 3 meals a day when I decided to start recovering but now find myself hungry even after a few hours and eat 3 meals and 2/3 snacks easily every day. Once you start eating more your body also starts metabolising a lot faster and cravings/hunger signals start to come back in. You got this gorgeous xx

    Love your mindset around this! When I was recovering weight from an ED what helped me so much was eating a pint of ice cream (just to get an extra 1000 calories or so could be anything) along with 3 meals and 2 snacks!

    • @katharinaschneiderr
      @katharinaschneiderr  Рік тому +3

      Would you believe me if I told you that I actually used to eat a pint of ice cream (Ben & jerrys usually) every, single day for 1,5 years? :’) it got too expensive unfortunately and I had to switch up my eating patterns. However I think I’ll incorporate them soon again when I get home 🤞🏼

    You can do this! I think it’s important that you are aware that in the state your body is in, you can’t trust your hunger and appetite cues and fullness, sometimes you really need to push through but I can see that you are giving your best ❤️❤️ it will get easier and your body will be Abel to Handel and crave more food

    I hope you push through, it’s worth it. Usually when gaining weight (with anorexia) it’s recommended to eat at least 3 full meals + 3 substantial snacks a day. Maybe that could help as a guideline?

    Hej! Jeg elsker dine videoer! Både rejse, dagligdag og angående vægtstigning…. Det er ufattelig svært både mentalt og fysisk. Jeg kunne blive ved med at skrive om det i timevis og kommenterer normalt ikke på videoer- selvom at jeg kun vil skrive positivt, men er bange for det. Men jeg vil bare sige, at det er den VÆRSTE følelse når folk stirrer på en på den måde du beskriver. Også selvom at mange sikkert bare ønsker det bedste for en og bekymrer sig- virker det bare som om at man har gjort et eller andet helt forkert og at de dømmer en uden at kende kontekst😢❤

    I hope everyone who is going through eating disorders right now decides to change their path before it's too late and long-term effects of it on their bodies have already been caused... I didn't and are now in chronic pain from a spine injury because of loss in bone density. Just because it doesn't hurt now, doesn't mean it won't hurt in a year, or a few years in the future. Please! You don't want to end up feeling like this. I wish for NO ONE to go through the pain I'm going through every day, just because I decided to starve myself back at the age of 18...

    • @katharinaschneiderr

      @@katharinaschneiderr I’m the one thanking you for deciding on trying to recover! I’m still not recovered 100% mentally, but I don’t think you’ll ever be able to get that inner voice to be fully quiet again after having dealt with it for so long… I could live with the voice of I had to choose between that or the chronic pain I’m in every day from the moment I wake up, to the moment I go to bed. Every night when I close my eyes I pray that wake up tomorrow and it’ll all just be a dream. Sadly, that just isn’t the true because permanent damage has already been done… Just because you don’t feel or see anything now, your inside could be worse than you think…
      Ved præcist hvor svært det er at kæmpe i mod den indre stemme. Især i det samfund vi desværre lever i i dag… Vær stærk, og for Guds skyld tag kontakt til familie, venner el.lign. Når det er svært! Det er først, når man indrømmer, man har en spiseforstyrrelse det hele bliver lidt bedre, og at nærmeste kan hjælpe en! Håber på det bedste for dig! Er selv kun 20, og allerede at skulle leve i en krop, som knækker og gør ondt, er ikke spor sjovt, og ønsker som sagt, at ingen skal gå igennem det, hvis det kan undgås!…

    I have to say that some healthy things also improve digestion maybe that will also help you to be more hungry sometimes. Anyway completely think you are doing it the right way as long as you keep pushing and never give up it will be much more comfortable (i just mean to say dont feel you must to force yourself to eat 'unhealthier' because you can also gain weight with very nutritious food. Whatever is best for you and you know that)
