It takes time to built heel tolerance. Start small and work your way up in height, then try it for 1hr then 2 then eventually for a day etc etc. Make sure to break them in before u go out, so wear them around ur house for a while. If you jump right into it your feel will hurt a lot because they're not used to it.
As someone who has been through a major ankle surgery recently cause of wearing block heels (fell from four steps 🙁), I was at the edge of my seat each time a model walked/teetered from those steps in heels..eeks

It's so weird that I can only wear stilletos. I broke my foot as well with wedge type block heels.
Had a foot fracture too, wearing heels is so uncomfortable for a 8-10 hour day..
