I joined the army when I was 35 in 2005 and deployed in 06 to Iraq it wasn’t high speed like the SF guys but seen war n seen the horrors that come with it . I would do it all over agin loved the military wish I joined out of high school but I didn’t wanna be a freedom moocher n gave up a great job to go fight for this great country that gave me nothing but opportunities
We appreciate you, Earl. You're welcome to take the seat on Urban Valor any time. Feel free to email me at josh@urbanvalor.com That goes for any veteran who sees this 🤘🏻🪖🇺🇸
We as a nation take some of our brightest most capable people and use and abuse them for us. We need to keep them safe after the damage is done. America will regret this treatment in the long run. Losing guys every day that were true hero’s and deadly with integrity when we need them. We will never forget. Nice work.
1st to all that served with honor, my deepest respect and thanks. 2nd To the Content Creator: What verification did you get about the gentleman's story?? Has Don Shipley Verified his service as a Navy SEAL????
This is GREAT to hear, and great feedback! Is there anything else we could provide on TikTok that'd move more interested viewers over? We appreciate you letting us know how you made it here Kylen, and we're really glad to hear you Subscribed!
Amazing story stay strong brother! I know that pain. The migraines get me often. Thank God you overcame the pils and addiction its the worst thing I ever did to myself
Hyper vigilance is sizing people up as well & hyper startle response can also be if your house is quiet and you hear a creak and your heart skips a beat. Some vets can have all the ptsd symptoms and not realize it. I appreciate what your doing for your fellow vets
This dude is the first SEAL I’ve ever heard talk about stuff I saw in the movie Navy SEALs with Michael Biehne and Charlie Sheen and the late great Bill Paxton.
May the good lord boost this channels strength in the algorithm, may he spread the contents of this channel and those similar to it, in youtubes name amen.
What amazes me is, having PTSD, how much of the public is completely unaware, lack of knowledge, lack of understanding for how serious it is what us veterans go through....
I don't know this guy, but I was one of the "Mentors," for the ERU selected when we started the program. It was Snake, Shrek, Clint, Wesman, and me (Thor). We later took on Trog and Jad to make seven Mentors. All of us were in Faluja in November of 'o4. I was there from 2003 until 2007, with a heavy op schedule! I'd like to talk to your guest to see exactly when he was there!! Not saying he wasn't, but Duke Leonard and Snake moved on before I did and the Mentors were not permitted to do ANY operations after that time...
Remember one day going to the range for about 3 hours, long time ago, I just bought a desert eagle and borrowed a friend's AR-15 and brought my AK, after shooting those guns for 3 hours I was nauseous all night, headache the entire next day. I remember after every shot of the desert eagle I would like black out for a couple seconds like I don't have any memory for one or two seconds after each shot of the eagle, and that was just one day. I can't imagine the amount of TBI you would get from a lifetime of this, and obviously using heavier weapons/explosions than that. I can't stress enough the importance of a suppressor on the AR platform it was by far the most damaging with that stupid muzzle brake on the end of it. That and one shot I took with the eagle where I forgot to put the right side of my cans down. Disclaimer: obviously I'm not comparing my range days to The extraordinary life of these men, only trying to relate the closest reference I have to it.
This dude oozes FFL clearance rated for demo 😂 thanks for asking the questions that people like me (civilians) are too nervous to ask. Also, as a civilian that suffers with PTSD & TBI issues, this has been enormously beneficial to my mental health.
Oh shit brother Im prior Marine and we did MIO ops during Gulf War. CG57 Lake Champlain or Lake Complain. I also did a year boots on ground as an IA with the Army in Afghanistan
He's right. Everyone thinks they r alone in the battle when coming back. I am very impressed with this down to earth dude. I always thought SEAL's didn't talk like this as the standard troop. How in the hell was he still breathing after the drugs mixed with the with the whiskey? I also take Ambien, but never to that level. Just shows u they r a super breed.

GREAT to know Cody! Let us know if there's anything else we could provide on TikTok that'd make it easier or more desirable for people to come over and watch the full episodes! We'd love any feedback! Thanks so much man,
It's crazy that us Americans have a hard time raising funds to help veterans and people in need yet somehow manage to raise millions for kanye west for the 2nd time, to help him get back to billionaire status.
I just literally listened to mike Ritland tell this same story and they were saying they were supposed to blow that oil filler up when the seals got on board and that they were rocking the MP5’s and reflex sights and they took down like 26-27 hostages from that mission
Man keep up the great interviews. Do you do a check on ex servicemen to make sure your not being stolen valour? I'm not saying this about this bloke I was just wondering .
We gotta get this channel wayyy bigger
Lets gooooo!!

Great work brother. Ibogaine & 5 MEO-DMT treatment is the real deal.

Greetings from San Antone Johnny. Hope you stay well. Thanks for doing what few would even consider.
That you take care of your men after the dust settles speaks volumes about your character.

Boerne is awesome. Love that part of TX.
First two seconds and it’s already 100% wild
Bro I was and am just like you. I did the same combo and I couldn’t sleep either.
Respect.🇺🇸🦅
That sounds like the same mission Mike Ritland was on, when he was talking about the oil platforms?
Yes, he was.
Great episode brothers!
Thank you!

Much appreciate Scott! Thank you! We’ll keep pushing!!
22:46 "sarge are you alright" - so when did the Navy get the sergeants?
If you go back to 20:12 and listen, you'll hear him say "we took a couple Army bubbas with us that day."
Oh shit brother Im prior Marine and we did MIO ops during Gulf War. CG57 Lake Champlain or Lake Complain. I also did a year boots on ground as an IA with the Army in Afghanistan
No nonsense guy…🇺🇸
9:54 “during your invasion of Iraq did you conduct any land missions” 😂 😐

Where is his BMF belt!
Getting good grades isn’t a gift. 😂
Chris Kyle talks about the part with the mortars in the mud in his book.

What's the dam podcast?
If you're asking what our podcast is called it is "Urban Valor", which is just the audio ripped from these interviews put into podcast format.
@@UrbanValorTV I didn't mean that in a derogatory manor either brother I was asking for Johnny's
@@UrbanValorTV much respect, I've watched a couple shows in one day and I enjoyed them so much
I don't believe anything he says
Any vet who hasn’t heard of esketamine treatments please comment on this post.
I just literally listened to mike Ritland tell this same story and they were saying they were supposed to blow that oil filler up when the seals got on board and that they were rocking the MP5’s and reflex sights and they took down like 26-27 hostages from that mission
He had to be there with mike Ritland and I think Clint Emerson as well
Man keep up the great interviews. Do you do a check on ex servicemen to make sure your not being stolen valour? I'm not saying this about this bloke I was just wondering .
We typically get interviews through a military network referrals or through American Legion or other Veteran Centers 🙏
