As much as I'm confused as to why he's laughing so much... he could be traumatized, damaged, depressed, suicidal, etc.. but no.. with what this Man has been through he's full of laughter. Respect💯🇺🇸
Much appreciated Felix! We’re excited for the future and with support like yours we know UA-cam will continue to show us love and get these stories out there! We appreciate you!
Someone filled with laughter and smiles the whole interview he must be such an amazing guy to be around thank you very much for your service and thank you this channel for sharing these stories and giving these men a platform to do so. Very moving video thank you
We appreciate you Richard! Thank you for spreading your positive energy, sharing your story with us as well, and being such a fantastic example for future generations!
Hello to everyone. I can relate to that feeling of being alone. We are just a small part of this great country. Thanks for sharing your story. Veteran- USAF (me). Peace brother. Keep moving.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience brother. This platform has been incredibly helpful in my process of healing .So grateful for the diversity of brothers and sisters sharing their experiences and with great courage being so gut Wrenching honest . I very made this my daily bread. Keeping it real staying in the moment and REMEMBERING TO LAUGH WOWW I forget to do that so much ! Getting help and letting
Love this guy probably my favorite guest. Laughing through everything and positive as hell. Hard for a lot of vets. Thanks for the laughs good luck brother.
Man! Will is simply unstoppable. He walked thru hell and back and asked for seconds and thirds. Talk about a resilient individual and a role model. If you think you’re ever having a bad day, think of Will, smile and get yourself a bag of pretzels and enjoy Life. BOOM!
There are every sort of person in the military; funny, serious, industrious, idle, optimistic, negative. Most people enlist at a young impressional age. It can be deadly and it's far from perfect but it's good because of all those different folks working together for a common goal. We would probably have a better society now if everyone served and had that experience.
ive been working on a scene from the movie "brothers" and these videos have literally carried me. not done on the scene yet, but thankyou so much to all the vets. and to urban valor for getting this important stuff out there.
By the way he smiles and just radiates good energy i wasn’t surprised to hear how many times god saved him. He’s way too friendly and full of laughter there’s no way god would take such a nice human being away from earth god knows people on earth need people like this man he turns any thing into a good thing you can tell he’s so humble and there’s just something different about this person you can just tell he’s a love
What he said about Anxiety being higher around non-veterans or civilians.. I noticed the same thing. For example after service, i was lucky to work many years on and off on a military base, or i also spent time in the reserves... Everything was normal because i was around the military often... but these last years of my life where i no longer work on a military base, or i am no longer around the military or veterans for that matter..... This is when my mind starts thinking back. I mean .. I'm not sure what psychiatrists think trying to push Veterans away from the military.... Because maintaining that presence actually keeps things normalized.
Thank you so much for the kind words John! We’re excited for the future and growth. It’ll give us the opportunity to share so many more stories and help Veterans in need. The mission is inevitable, but definitely want to boom soon haha!
That story, in the Bradley. The fire, the chaos, the impossible variables. As s former mech infantryman, the thought of friends perishing in flames, trapped and wounded, is terrifying!
Boom, it’s my bro Will Jones! I’m so proud of you and so thankful that you made it through all of that. I learned so much more about your experience in this interview than I ever knew. Thank you for sharing your story and for your service. Love you!
Not everyone reacts the same to combat. For some its excitement. Some people risk their lives for worthwhile things like serving in the Military and grtting paid for it while others take stupid chances like bunji jumping or jumping in a fire at Burning Man. If you get killed , dead is dead the final outcome is all the same . The difference is that the thrill seeker’s wish they could have the camaraderie of warriors fighting for a good and noble cause. Henry The Fifth got it right in His St. Crispian’s Day Speech at Agincourt. Its recorded in the Bible , David and Goliath, and many more stories of common people against trials and tribulations , adversaries and adversities. Its Like the Ballad of Private Rodger Young.
I’ve got some absolutely hilarious stories from being stationed at Camp Casey South Korea… 🤣🤣🤣 man that’s was 2007-2009… just off the shenanigans not combat I’m surprised any of us made it out alive.
Why don’t they use dogs to keep watch? Nothing better than a curious dog to alert people when some stranger comes in the area. Sounds funny but geese are actually the best at this. They’ll make noise when your like 50 yds away. No way you can sneak up when you got geese around lol. I live by a huge cemetery and there’s a big pond. I go walking there at night and as soon as you get near the water they’ll make a noise alerting the other geese “we got company”. I tried so hard to sneak up plenty of times but I always fail lol. You can sneak up on a sleeping dog, I’ve done it plenty of times. Sometimes dogs go into a deep sleep like humans lol. Twitching and making noises, even running in their sleep. It’s funny to watch but not funny when they’re supposed to be your security lol. Imagine everyone getting killed because Roger the dog was knocked tf out!
Will Jones is a great American thank you for your service
🙏
33 minutes 16 seconds he went back to that time and caught himself mad respect to that man got bless
As much as I'm confused as to why he's laughing so much... he could be traumatized, damaged, depressed, suicidal, etc.. but no.. with what this Man has been through he's full of laughter. Respect💯🇺🇸
Full of energy!
Because laughter comes from the same part of the brain as crying and he, like alot of us, aint about shedding no tears. Ill laugh all damn day long.
Yeah honestly hopefully he's good because that could be a sign of depression especially with what he's experienced.fuck Biden
That just his personality
Could be meds
