  • This is a cab view from Kita-Senju to Kasukabe on the Tobu Railway Isesaki Line. This video is also a little long, at 40 minutes. Please take breaks while watching.
The Tobu Isesaki Line is the main line of Tobu Railway, and the 18.9 km stretch from Kita-Senju, a major junction in northern Tokyo, to Kita-Koshigaya Station is quadruple track, making it the longest of any private railway in Japan.
For this reason, most of the section in this video is also quadruple tracked. I, who shot this video, like to watch the tracks stretch out in front of me, so I really like this view, but what about people who like to watch scenery? The four tracks take up most of the screen.
In any case, it's nice to see a train moving at high speed, taking advantage of the four tracks above and below. That's what I think. June 2024

Yes, he checked the timetable several times. It was a bit strange. But the driving was smooth.

I think that the quality of my videos will not deteriorate even if I leave them on the shelf. First, please take your time to heal your body. Then, enjoy various things. Take care of yourself.

obrigado. Eu costumava ser mais disciplinado. No entanto, muitas pessoas elogiam a natureza sistemática das ferrovias japonesas.

I know you said you focused more on the four tracks than the scenery, but I saw plenty of scenery. Parks in residential areas, variety in architecture, maybe the backside of a temple, a greenbelt between the tracks and a street that stretched, several blocks, things like that. That made this long ride interesting enough that it went by a little too quick. Maybe it's just that my foreign eyes notice things that are ordinary to you, and fascinating to me. Anyway, your videos are always fascinating to watch. Thanks for the time and effort you put into each one. Phil, from Arizona.

Thank you for your heartfelt comments. As you say, there are temples. There are also parks and green spaces. Perhaps we Japanese are tired of the everyday scenery and have neglected to observe it. If I go out a little further and overcome some of the challenges in photography, I should be able to take pictures of many more unique routes. Please wait a little longer.

It appears the train is running on continuous rail, why the clickety-clack sound. Has it been added for effect?

s this the difference between the areas that have been welded to make longer rails and the areas that still have short rails and joints?
