Loved this video. I am going to the Asian market this week, one of the things I always pick up is Korean chives for pancakes. Never thought about the cabbage so I am adding that to my next batch. My moms name was Youn Ja Pak but they pronounced it to Yang cha! She hated it but she did what she had to get along. Reminded me when you mentioned your grandpas name. 😊 The jalapeños…I don’t know about you but I cannot cut into one without having a coughing/sneezing fit. The capsaicin damn near kills me every time! Love’em but I have to leave ‘em alone 😤

Self raising flour , or a touch of baking powder makes them fluffier, rather than crispy.
