The rulebook was slightly confusing while tired but this video cleared up our questions and we were able to play 2 quick 2 player games while our toddler son passed out the resources to us. Its a very simple game but was fun!
Hey, I realize that this is only a how to play video and that is much appreciated. As I was watching that video, I couldn't help but think that this game looks A LOT LIKE some other game that deals with gardening, flowers and gardening accesories/tools and is currently on the market. It would have been interesting to hear whether these two games can be compared and what the result would be...
Just watch both video's? This one is a very simple entry level drafting game. I don't think the other one has anything in common with this one. Drafting isn't a very common game mechanic.
This was a very confusing “teach to play” I’m wondering if you even actually played this game. Because you say to get rid of the decoration and tools after each round but the rulebook says differently
If anything, the rule book was confusing for me and this video helped to clear up the ambiguous phrasing on how to discard played cards at the end of the round. If an item card is played to purchase a plant, it is discarded at the end of the round. If it is played to its designated section of the player board for its action, it stays for the duration of the game.
@Mark You are mistaken. They don't say what you claim they do in this video. They say, "any cards in your play pile" are discarded, and then show themselves picking up the cards from the center section of their board. One of them happens to be a decoration. This is because if you play a decoration or tool for the purpose of claiming a plant from the nursery, it is discarded at the end of the round along with the resources cards.
Yeah. If you play them for the purpose of getting plants. Then they are discarded. Exactly what the rules say to do. And exactly what was done in the video. You only keep the tools and plants you decorations you place on your board. Anything you play to gain a plant with, which goes in the middle, you don't keep.

I came to watch this video after having played with Mrs. Skrotorr and our daughter. Thanks Stella and Tarrant, you clarified a few things. Cheers.
Wonderful teach, guys! Loved it! Thanks for doing it! I feel I got a good idea now of this game I was curious about.
Thank you for clearing up the confusing instructions. Great tutorial
Great video, I definitely got my questions answered. Also, such a funky top Stella!
Yelling nursery is a really fun and a easy way to be obnoxious mechanic to buy a plant.
Can I keep as many tools as I want or just enough to cover the grey area?
Good explanation. Thank you !
Thank you! Very understandable
Excellent tutorial as always! 🎓- Chad

Our pleasure Sharon :)
Great video. Just picked this up.
Anyone know where to get more tokens for Planted (water, green thumbs, plant food, leaves, suns)?
Do you run out? Or because some were lost?
Asking cuz it is annoying when a game does not have sufficient currency.
thank you!! cant wait to play!
GREAT VID!!

The cover is horrible
The card art work is ugly
The game looks boring
HARD PASS
Someone can’t appreciate simple things! :o
