Interesting take on an old favorite. We don't add potatoes as we usually put the Mississippi pot roast over mashed potatoes or homemade egg noodles. Sometimes we'll add carrots or whole bottom mushrooms, or whatever mushrooms we find from mushroom hunting, but not another starch
I just love potatoes in roast and had them so went ahead and put them in. I've saw people do the mashed potatoes before and maybe I'll try that next time. Noodles I'm not interested in at all thou. Didn't stick. Unless you are talking about when searing the meat which is normal till the meat releases. The meat wasn't put in until hot enough from the saute mode as shown on display. So nothing done wrong
Looks so good. Now I have to go to the store. It’s hot here but using the Instantpot it won’t heat the house. I’ll just mash up the taters and put the gravy on it.

If you use all of the juice in the Pepperoncini how long are the pepper Pepperoncini’s gonna last without liquid
I only had like maybe 6 or 7 pepperoncinis left and they are still to this day in my fridge. You use almost all of them
