      @AllWingsEverything I had recently gotten a written recipe for this pot roast. So I decided to look it up on UA-cam. Yours popped up.. I love the searing aspect. I'm going to also try this on a pork shoulder roast and a whole de-skinned chicken. I've watched your vedio several times. It's AWESOMELY AWESOME!!💥💥😋😋😋👍.

    The one thing I would do is use the juice from the peppers and de-glaze and get the fond from the pan and add that to the crock pot. Don't want to leave any flavor behind.

    I make this often, I call it shredded Italian beef. I also add giardinera, and serve it on crispy rolls.

      Yep very similar except this one uses a packet of Ranch Seasoning where Italian Beef you use a Italian Seasoning.

    Trying this today. So excited! My husbands family is from Florida (the marsh country parts!) and they make this and put it on hoagie buns with cheese and it’s amazing!     You seem to always have the recipes I need. I've already made several of them, so I'm more confident this will also come out delicious. I wanted something easy to cook for Easter dinner this year. I'd like to spend the day relaxing with the family instead of cooking all day. Even though I love to cook.     I got a crockpot for Christmas and this was the first recipe i wanted to try and i got a good chuck roast and pepper things but I didn't know about the ranch and Ajus or the amount of time ill have to make it tomorrow since 7 to 8 hours on slow.     Making this for dinner tonight. Hubby is a little worried about the peppers, so I'm going to just add a few and instead of using the pepper juice, I added a bit of beef broth to the pan and will use that. Thanks for the idea! :)

    Salt free all purpose seasoning works best because ranch dressing mix and Au Jus mix have a lot of salt as well as the peppers and juice of peppers. I love Mississippi pot roast.
