In account setting under certification it says to upload your Notary Certification, what is that. Is that something I have that get from my county office? Or is that something I have to type up incase the signers document does not have venue, county, date and etc?
Do you have to be NNA certified? I find there are various companies who ask for this before you can proceed with working their company. I think if you need to be NNA certified for platforms, should be mentioned in your videos, just a suggestion. Also, can you do a NNA certification video?

I have been testing this company for three days so between 10/19/22-10/21/22 only five clients on the entire site. I am going to try it out for a month and see how it goes.
This platform is a scam!! Don’t sign up! The digital certificate doesn’t work, the customer service is chat only ( no phone) and they don’t provide refund.
Hi Karyn, I am not happy with BlueNotary. They may be cheap however sometimes you get what you pay for. I miss LiveNotary. The customer service is not good at all. I tried to get more information on this company and what they offer and the owner was upset that I wanted to ask questions. They don't tell you on the website they don't offer demos for independent notaries. The CEO was very argumentative about giving more information about the company and what they offer. via email. Some of the information you brought in this video is a lot different than on their website, however, they don't want to answer any questions about what is different either. Don't spend your money or get something free. Also don't think they are in the US. There is no way to contact them. I had to live chat and even then they said someone will get back to me. I don't know, sometimes if it is too good to true maybe. You know I have never given a bad review on anyone's page. I just feel you all needed to know. Thank Karyn, you always give great content about RON platforms.
@@missyelle2749 Yes, I heard back from the CEO of the company. However, he never answered the questions that I had asked via the chat on their website, which took all day (10:57pm est) to answer. They have no other contact information for you to contact them. As I explained before the support email on their website doesn't work. I felt if there were problems on the platform how long would it take for someone from the company to contact you. They may give another support email or phone number to call when you sign up. However, that was one of the questions that didn't get answered. I normally listen to Side Hustle Seattle for my RON platforms. She helped me find the current platforms I am currently using. She is so informative about the content she provides us on this channel about the RON Platforms. I really wanted to know about the paid version of the platform and what it all entailed. However, a lot of the information Side Hustle Seattle posted in this video has changed on their website, like how much they will pay you for clients they give you. As another person's stated in their post that they noticed the change also. This seems to be true once you search the website content. I want to believe that this platform was a game changer for RON notaries, but when I am paying for services that a brand NEW platform is providing and they don't want to provide or answer questions about the information on their site, that just seems odd. I expressed to the CEO (Andy) that at this time I wouldn't be interested in joining the platform because of the non-verbal information or understanding of the platform content that I would be paying for. The CEO became very argumentative and unprofessional in email chats that I currently have. I will wait for some time to see if they stick around and see what the other RON notaries would have to say about the company, platform, and their customer support for RON users. Sorry, I really wanted to go with the platform because of what they were offering was the best deal for the price and you RON to profit. SMH!
@@tiawanamorton-johnson6517 it seems like you have really had a trying time to have your questions answered. I plan on doing some research in regards to this company, I’m curious to see how it pans out. Hopeful I can share some insight on the company and if you have a question for me to ask, just let me know!
@@missyelle2749 That would be wonderful! Thank you so much for wanting to keep me posted. The questions I would like you to ask on my behalf is since they are charging $25.00 per notary loan signing package is there a set price for title companies? The reason is some signing may come in at $75.00 and you mean they take $25.00. I know on E-notary that the set price for the title companies is $100.00 and up because they charge $13.00 per loan signing. So they are the cheapest on the market right now for loan signings. I believe on the BN website under the Title company they said $125.00, but again I wanted to make sure. Since they say we can set our own pricing and bring our own lenders to the site also. Question 2. How is the customer invoiced for payments? Can they pay through their platform or can we invoice our customers and get payment from them before they come on the platform or leave the platform? Is the customer charged for the KBA if they don't pay or is the notary charged for that? If there is one? Is there a limit to how many times they can go thru the KBA? I think that it is for now. That you so much for including me in getting more information about BN that I couldn't get.
Currently if you're on the Pro Hybrid Plan and you take one of their clients they'll pay you $40 for a closing and $25 for GNW!
