Could you make a schedule like this but for students who are still in highschool, like hours from 7am to 3pm is school, so how could training look for students?
What are your tips on getting recognised for one’s skills? I wanna play professionally when I am older, but currently play in a club in a small town in one of the lowest leagues. What can I do to help me be discovered?
Thanks so much for this explanation i am 55 years i have playing volleyball as amature please is it possible to ipprove a vertical jump after 55 years .
Hi I now your comment is a while back but I just wanted to tell you that YES! Even with 55 years old you can improve your vertical jump. Strength peaks at around 35 years (looking at body builders and strongmen) many compete at high levels Even in their 40s. There is nothing holding you back from losing weight and building strength Even when older. It is true that it will take longer and will likely be harder because testosterone levels started to decrease and other age related mechanisms but that doesn't mean it won't work. Most importantly is that you flow a real training plan and stick with it for at least 3 months. (In generel you should see visible results after 3 months) If you want to be more likely to succeed swap out exercises which you dislike for counter parts which you prefere. In general for jump training and lower body conditioning you need exercises for these muscle groups: Quads, Calves, hamstrings and hip/glutes. I would recommend a single leg squad type movement like the lunge or split squad. This exercise is healthy for keeping your joints intact and covers every muscle group which I just named. Calv raises and glute bridges should do the rest! Additionally train plyometric jumps but be careful to execute every exercise with precise form. Discomfort is good but pain is bad 😅 Aim to train in the beginning 2 to 3 times a week and perform each exercise for 4 sets with almost 15 repetitions. So choose weight which prevents you from going over 15 repetitions. Be careful ro extensively warm up before training and take enough break between sets. About 1.5 to 2.5 minutes should be enough And off course training your jumping technique will also make a HUGE impact 😌

The free guide doesn’t load any content in the Kajabi app or through the website.
Free guide with 25 mistake is a pdf file. Or you mean other thing?🤔
This training program will very likely lead to overuse injury.
It depends😀 but PRO players have such weeks almost all the year👍😉
